Chapter 31

I woke up, crying in the middle of the night. I had a dream that Bobby broke into my house and raped me again. I hugged my knees to my chest and sobbed quietly. I grabbed my phone and texted louis.

'Hey...call me.' I waited for about 5 minutes and he didn't text me back. I sighed and called louis.

"Please pick up." I said after 4 rings. Voicemail. I sobbed some more and ran into nialls room.

"Niall. Niall wake up." I sobbed and shook him. He woke up and say up.

"Lilly what's wrong?" He asked and I hugged him.

"Lilly what happened. Talk to me sis."

"I had a dream. A very very bad dream and I tried calling louis because he told me that if i needed him at all to call him. He didn't answer Niall and I didn't know what else to do so I ran in here to talk to you because I don't really have anyone else." I said and he held me. He rocked me back and forth and stroked my hair.

"Lilly...lilly calm down hun. What was the dream about?"

"My ex boyfriend...Bobby." I said and he rubbed my back.

"What happened in the dream?" He asked and I sobbed harder onto his chest.

"He...he raped me." I whispered and Niall gasped, rocking me again.

"Shhhh....shhhh it's alright lilly. That won't happen. Listen to me...I won't let that horrible man get near you alright? And neither will louis."

"But if he did it before he'll do it again." I said and Niall's eyes went wide.

"What are you talking about?"

"That's the reason we broke up...he didn't cheat on me Niall. He raped me. I was gonna call the cops I swear, but his dad's a cop and it wouldn't have mattered at that point." I said and he hugged me tighter.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"You were on tour I didn't want you to worry." I said and he tucked some of my hair behind my ear. He kissed my forehead and hugged me.

"It's alright lilly. Just take a deep breath and calm down. I promise I will never let him near your...I will keep this promise too." He said and I looked at him.

"You're the best brother I could ever ask for Niall. I love you." I said and hugged him.

"I love you too lil. Come on...why don't you try to go back to sleep." I nodded and he walked me to my room.

"And don't worry about louis. I'll deal with him in he morning."

"Don't be too mean." I said and he sighed.

"I won't be too mean, but he'll get an ear full. Goodnight lil."

"Night." I said and he left my room. I closed my eyes and went to asleep again.
