Tokyo Ghoul Fanfic: Evolution of the Ghouls

Prologue

This is actually my first time writing a fanfic...sigh. I hope you guys like it. Also this is based on what happened after the anime in Tokyo Ghoul season 2 finished. These info might be wrong to the manga readers. Gomen. -_-'

Touka was just getting ready to open up her coffee shop.

" Onee-san! Where should I put this new table?" said Hinami, now actually going to school.

"Hinami! Shouldn't you be getting to school? Your're going to be late!" said Touka crossly.

"Gomenasai, I'll be getting on my way, but i have to help onee-san with her first day with the shop a little. This is important! It's onee-san's first day in the newly built coffee shop..... AKIYAMA!"

After Anteiku had been destroyed, Touka had worked hard to open another coffee shop for ghouls and humans to mingle. They had named it Akiyama -roughly translating to 'autumn'- because the new coffee shop had opened in fall. It has also been the season they had spotted Kaneki last, not that any of them talked about Kaneki much.

"Just set the table over there next to the window....." Touka's voice trailing off as she realized that Kaneki liked to sit, next to the window, gazing out the window and pondering stuff. NO! I'm told myself I'm not going to let myself think about him anymore, he's fine. Besides, today is my day to shine, it's the opening of Akiyama! Touka thought to herself while shaking her head.

"Bye onee-san! I'm going to school now! I set the table where you want it, good luck today! Hope onee-san will get a lot of money," said Hinami as she left.

Touka smiled and flipped the sign from closed to open...at last.

It was now noon and customers had been streaming in, Enji Koma and Kaya Irimi, as well as Nishiki Nishio had come in to help the busy Touka who had called them in, in her full panic mode.

"NISHIKI GET YOU DAMN SELF OVER HERE, WE NEED YOUR DAMN HELP. ENJI AND KAYA AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING OURSELVES TO DEATH HERE! GET OVER HERE DAMN NISHIKI!"

Nishiki had been sleeping with Kimi right then, and he was not happy when he got to the shop.

"Damn Touka, calling me to this damn shop this damn early." grumbled Nishiki while he was making coffee. Kaya smiled and pointed to the clock and kindly [not really, the kindness was fake, everyone could tell] pointed out that it was 1 pm and Nishiki should have been up anyway. Nishiki just scowled and bruised himself by taking orders.

At the end of the day, Touka was exhausted but satisfied. Hinami had come home from home and helped out after finished homework. Just then, another customer came in. "Hinami, I'm going to go to the back and use the restroom. Call me for any new customers, ok?"

"Sure Onee-sama!"

Just as Touka was coming out. She heard Nishiki's voice, shouting at someone. 

"Nishiki, I can hear you all the way from back here, what is it?" growled Touka as she stormed in.

Everyone froze as she walked in, and all stood there waiting for her to react to the new customer. 

"Kan-eki?" Touka said with a break in between, her breath catching in her throat.

"Hey Touka-chan" said Kaneki while looking at his feet. "Long time no see, Enji, Kaya, Nishiki, Hinami."

Well? Did it suck or was it good? Tell me your honest opinion peoples. Not that this will get noticed by a lot of people...sigh
