Amelia's POV:

I remove myself from the woman and let her drop to the ground dead. I wipe the blood that dripped down from the corner of my mouth with my finger and licked it clean.

"Do well to remember to clean up after yourself, sister," I sigh softly and turn my head finding my older brother Elijah leaning against a building.

I smile softly at him and playfully rolled my eyes. "Yes Elijah, I know. We've been doing this for centuries now," I respond walking out of the alleyway while lighting the body on fire as I pass by.

"Literally for centuries, Uncle Elijah," Luka adds chuckling as he sped next to me. I smile up at him and reached up to push some of his hair out of his face then leaned up to press a kiss on his cheek. My beautiful baby boy all grown up and into a man.

"Did you get full, sweetheart?" I softly ask as I hold onto his arm that he held out to me.

"Yes, Mother. I did," he answers smiling at me and I nod while squeezing his arm gently.

"Where are we going now, Mother?" He asks as we head towards my car that's parked in front of a restaurant that we ate from earlier in the day.

"Hmm, wherever the road takes us, sweetheart," I answer pulling out my keys to unlock it. He pulls his arm from me and walked around to the passenger side.

"Sister, are you not gonna help with finding our deranged brother?" Elijah calls out from behind me and I open my door then turn to him with a soft sigh.

"Elijah, you have your freedom. Use it and don't be so focused on what Niklaus is gonna do," I advise him.

He frowns slightly, "I can't, Amelia. He has to pay for what he did to our siblings. They're gone and buried in the sea. Can you possibly just disregard his horrific actions?"

I bite my bottom lip in thought. I didn't know that's what he did to our siblings. He lied to me and told me they were safe just not walking around.

"No. I did not know, Lijah. Forgive me for sounding so careless before," I respond with a small frown and glance over to my son who has a worried look, "we will help but in a few weeks. Let us enjoy ourselves but don't worry I will be doing research on the side."

He walks closer and set a hand on the back of my neck to tilt my head back a bit to plant a kiss on my forehead.

"No need for apologies, Lia. I did not know you didn't know. Forgive my ill manner to you at first regarding our siblings. You have my number as I have yours including Luka's. Call me if you two need anything and I mean absolutely anything. Same with me. I'll call you guys if I find anything," he softly says as he looks down at me.

I smile up at him gently and leaned up a bit to plant a kiss on his cheek. "Of course I will. Be careful out here brother. Plus if you do find Niklaus call me immediately. I'd like to have a few words with him," I respond while clenching my jaw.

He chuckles softly and nods. "As you wish, sister. Love you," he says planting another kiss on my forehead before bending down a bit to look at my son, "love you, Luka. Watch out for your mother."

"I love you too, Uncle Elijah. And of course I will. We have each others backs," Luka calls out and I giggle softly while squeezing Elijah's arm gently before pulling away.

He holds open the door for me and I get in then turned on the car and rolled down the window after he shut it softly.

"Have some fun though, Elijah. Get a drink and maybe a woman to keep you company," I tease him and he scoffs out a chuckle while shaking his head.
