Sitting in my bedroom all day and only allowed to come down for tea was so boring and the horror of having my laptop took off me was even worse. Mums and dads are really bad at knowing what technology does these days, and doesn't even know you can get on the Internet on you I pod. I was chatting to my crush and telling him how I'm going to Scotland. I don't think it went down to well with him either because he replied. "Is you mom out of her mind!" I told him how I put up the traps on top of moms bedroom door and how I got grounded for it. He laughed.
Then my phone buzzed, it was em. She wanted to know if I wanted to go the mall with her and Jade. Just after I read that text out, one little angel and one devil appeared at each side of my head, the angel saying. "Don't go, do as your mother said. It was bad enough putting up that sly flour joke." The devil saying. "you need to socialise with people as much as you can, as your mom said you are moving to Scotland soon." I chose the devils advice, I grasped my phone in my hand and sat on my bed and then text her back saying "Ok, meet me outside Newlook at 12." I put my phone down on my bedside table and then started worrying about how I'm going to get to the mall without mom knowing I was gone.
Time was flying by. I only had half hour to think of a plan, on how to get out of the house. I looked outside the window and then had this light ball moment. "I can climb through the window!!" I shouted, so loud, that mom came through the door and asked what I was doing. I said " Oh nothing I was just saying how dirty these windows are, have the window cleaners come lately?" Mom knows me so well that she read my mind. "don't try and climb through the window again, you know what happened last time, you fell and landed on top of Patch, then got rushed into hospital and Patch was at the vets for a 3 weeks recovering." She said that looking at me like she doesn't trust me anymore. Mom walked out the room and I closed the door behind her.
20 seconds later, mom was in her right mind not to trust me. "I am now attempting to climb from my bedroom window down to the ground." I said to myself, feeling a bit anxious.
I climbed out of my bedroom window a held tight with my fingers in the slits of the house bricks. I slowly struggled down till my feet could touch the floor.
Once I had finished the treacherous journey from my bedroom window to the ground, I had grazes all over my hands.
I started walking down the street to new look, where I was to meet my friends. I felt the breeze hitting my face in a cooling manner, it was getting cold, I forgot to bring a coat.
Once I got to new look my friends were waiting out side, not happy that I was 20mins late. Jade said "your 20mins late where have you been?" Before I could even answer em said "It doesn't matter, your here now and we will waist even more time groaning, lets go to mollies cafe and have a milkshake." So off we went next door to mollies cafe.
Once we got a table and ordered our milkshakes we talked about the guys in our class. Em said "I like Jason he's really nice." Jade said "Umm, no one their all weirdos." I said "Same, I like no one in our class the only person I like is my pen-pal."
Once our milk shake came Em and Jade didn't want theirs, they were more interested in my pen-pal that I have liked for quite some time now. While I took mine off waiter and said "thank you."
Before I could take one little sip out of my milkshake, there was a tall women all dressed in purple standing by the side of me. She said "Hello I'm alice and i am a psychic and I am just here to warn you about the miss fortune, sorrow and danger that is coming you way."
