After finishing my meal, I let Luther know that I was going to explore the wonderful wilderness surrounding us.
"Luther, I'm going to explore a bit and don't worry I won't wonder off too far." I say in a matter-of-factly voice, knowing Luther trusts me. Although I hope he doesn't tell me to bring Randal with me.
"I trust that you won't (name), also could you take Randal with you? It think he needs to get some fresh air from staying inside the tent for so long." Fuck, I forced myself to smile. "Sure! C'mon Randal!" I motioned my hand to him to come over to me. "YAY! CAN I BRING SEBASTIAN? I THINK HE NEEDS SOME OXYGEN TOO!"
Without anyone giving him a 'no' or 'yes', he immediately grabbed Sebastian (he looked terrified) and jumped on my back. He rubs his cheek against mine, wrapping his arms around me. "WERE FINALLY GONNA SPEND SOME TIME TOGETHER WITH SEBASTIAN! THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVER!"
I couldn't help but smile, this ginger... "Okay, okay, get off me now..Sebastian's here remember?" I tell him as he jumps off my back, rushing to Sebastian to pull him closer by his arm. "Help..." was all he managed to say.
I started walking towards the forest, keeping a mental note of the path I'm taking. Randal and Sebastian followed quickly behind.

"Are we lost? Yeah, I think we're lost." Sebastian says, looking around.
"No we aren't, I think..." I reply, bold at first but it turned to unsureness. Sebastian just sighs, walking towards me. "It's fine, let's just stay calm...you and Randal are like those...weird beings right? I'm pretty sure we'll find our way back." He somewhat reassured me.
"Yeah, we will..." I turned my head to find Randal, who was eating dirt.
I stared in shock, okay that sight is actually disgusting. He was grabbing handfuls of dirt and shoving it inside his mouth. Sebastian was also staring with the same expression as mine.
"Oh, hey guys! Want some dirt? It's really good!" Randal looked up from the ground and gave us a smile, pushing his glasses up with his muddy hand. "Haha. No." I bluntly respond. "Sebast-" Randal asked, but Sebastian interrupts, "No."
"Like I said in the dream thing, I swear you both are related." I just rolled my eyes and gave him a little smile. Sebastian just shakes his head, sighing once again.
Then there was rustling in the trees.
I subconsciously felt Sebastian move closer to me. "What was that? Knowing this fucked up place, it's probably a demon monster or something...." Sebastian said with a shaky voice. "Nah, it's probably just random monster wanting some flesh and blood. Nothing to worry about!" Randal stands up, dusting off the mud on his hands.
"Yeah Seb, it's probably some monster, Randal could kill it instantly." I agree with Randal, putting a hand on Sebastian's shoulder. "How are you gu-or right, you two are...something." Sebastian remembers what he said about us.
"Mhm, I think we should go back now—it's starting to get dark." I wonder to the sky, noticing the sun was about to go down. "Yeahhhh...this is starting to get boring." Randal walks toward both of us. "And who knows, some creature might come out any minute..." Sebastian added.
So then we started walking back, it was easier than I thought to be honest.
"Man, how long is this gonna take..." Randal groans, dragging himself behind us. "Be patient, we're almost there." I slightly scolded him.
The trees rustled once again.
"Damnit, what the hell is causing all that racket?" I put my hands on my hips as I glared at the trees. "Um, (name), I think we should take this more seriously than we did before..." Sebastian warns me in a way. "I agree, I think we should, cause this is kinda creepy."
But before I turned to my companions, something jumped out of the trees and landed on Randal's arm.
"AW FUCK, WHAT THE HELL?" Randal yells as he shook his arm. The creature was black in color, and it looked like a some kind of blob or something. I strutted to him and examined the blob on his arm, watching as he bit the blob in attempt to get it out.
I grabbed his chin to force him to stop, then I used my other hand to grab the little shit and threw it on the ground. It quickly recovered and started coming back to us in an alarming rate.
"Sebastian, step on it." I call to Sebastian since he was the closest to it. He yelps as he steps on the blob, black liquid staining his shoe. "Oh god, that's disgusting..." His face scrunches up. "Oh well, it gone know. It did a number on Randal anyways." I pointed to the ginger who was focused on his arm.
"It literally took my flesh off, it kinda felt good though." I sigh at his masochism, taking note that he likes that kind of stuff.
"Okay, let's continue on then." I walked ahead, making sure the other two were following along.

"You three are finally ba—wait, Randal? What happened to you?" Luther greets us but notices Randal's injury, which was almost gone.
"A blob jumped on his arm and absorbed his flesh." I blankly stated. "Well, whatever. It's almost gone now." Randal shrugged.
"In that case, let's sit around the campfire and tell spooky stories while eating roasted marshmallows!" Luther 'happily' says.
