Every single movement of my hand gripping on the handle of the saw, it digging back and forth against my foot, screaming echoing through the room with Adam crying and him begging me to stop, I couldn't. I need to get out of this hell, I need to protect my family whether I die or not I need to save them. As tears and my screams which were muffled by the shirt I gritted my teeth on against, Making one last thrust against my foot with the saw. I was finally freed from the chain.

My head hit the wall, feeling nauseous by all the blood. You'd think since I'm a doctor this wouldn't be affecting me as much, well when it's your own blood your seeing it's a different sight to see. Exhaustion and pain was all that was welling up all through me. I then got enough courage and strength to crawl towards the dead body, going to grab the gun using every muscle in my body to even load it. Adam starts to scream more, begging to not shoot him and that it's not his fault we're in here. "Adam this is the only way." Before Adam could say anything else, I aimed the gun towards him trying to keep my hand steady but it was no use it is more difficult because Adam kept moving to make me miss my aim, I took a quick deep breath and then I pulled the trigger.

Right as the bullet went through his shoulder he went falling to the floor. He was grunting in pain from the aching sensation on his shoulder. I tried to stand up and go towards Adam, using my hands to crawl while my blood was trailing behind. "Stop it!" Adam yelled, he started to go as close to me as much as his chain would let him. When he was close enough I grabbed his bloody shirt tightly pulling him against me savoring this feeling of human touch, my hand going to his hair pulling him as close as possible while he puts his hand against my chest and his other on my arm. Crying and sobbing was all you could hear, it hurt me hearing the pain in Adam's voice as he couldn't stop sobbing from the pain and torture We've been put through.

"I'm going to get help," I said my voice cracking a bit. "No please don't leave me!" Adam started to grip on my shirt telling me to not leave. "I'll be back with help," I said to try and reassure him I'm going to safe him if it's the last thing I do, he needs me and I need him, he's the thing that's been keeping me going since I've been in here. "Lawrence, Please don't leave me here alone!" His tears falling down his face were killing me, I started to wipe them off his face. "Adam, listen your going to be okay we're going to be okay I'm going to get help, I'll come back for you I promise." I started going towards the door crawling in agony, hearing Adam screaming for dear life for me not to leave but I had to, I promise Adam I'll come back for you.
