You know when the battle ended and all of us were laying on the field dead along with every other norse God and Demi-gods alike I expected myself to end up in hotel Valhalla being floor mates with my sibling and their lover I never expected myself to be brought to some portal realm with my father looking down on me with regret and amusement like the true God of Mischief and chaos he was."Hello father" I mused not even shocked he wasn't giving me a peaceful afterlife perks of no longer having mortal blood running through your veins "hello daughter how have you and your siblings been I'm sure my variant hasn't caused too much trouble from you" he smirked while she rolled her eyes sarcastically, sometimes she hated how alike they were "of course not no no no it's not like we didn't just fight for humanity and our lives but you know those are just some minor performance issues" she said standing up and dusting herself off and then looking directly into her fathers eyes "What do you want I should be joining the other in hotel Valhalla soon you know how worried Alex can get when I'm not in his sight she fears I will cause too much trouble what nonsense" I scoffed playfully thinking of my younger siblings fondly
"Mhm yes well slight change of plan there darling I am sending you to another time line" there was a pregnant pause "I'm sorry what" I said in a tone of disbelief "your sending me where!!" I Exclaimed afterwards.
He smiled down on me again "Well darling in this timeline there are no norse gods however there are other types of gods" he began to explain, I perked up "So your saying you want to send me to a place where there are no other norse Demi-gods or gods and make me deal with other types of Demi-gods," There was another pause till a smirk that was identical to his was brought onto my face "When do i leave?" he nodded towards a neon green portal behind him much more different to the other sage green portal windows that surrounded them "You will leave once i explain your mission," he stated becoming serious which was very rare considering he was the god of Mischief.
"In the universe i am sending you to there is a Primordial Goddess called Gaia she is literally the incarnation of earth and technically the mother of all villains, she is beginning to wake up i need you to go and make sure she stays asleep"
I narrowed my eyes at him "Forgive me for inheriting your paranoia but this seems way too easy there is usually some sort of twist or condition you put on these missions so spill what is it," He sighed sometimes she is too much like her mother "Most of your memories will be erased till the right time comes,"
He knew ever demi god hated the words 'when the time comes' cause it usually meant at the last second, he stepped back expecting to be shouted at or to have ice shards thrown at him but instead she just stood there with a nonchalant expression on her face and her hip popped out "Is that the only condition cause if so then this might not be so bad," She said smirking at the look of pure disbelief on her fathers face "Not what i expected but alright your weapons will be in their jewellery form and most of your power will be dormant until they feel the need to be present themselves other than that you are free to walk into your mission"
He stepped to the side and gave her full view of the lime green portal she walked towards it fully confident but the closer she got the more anxious she became till she was just arms length from the time door she looked back at her father who was giving her an encouraging nod and then she turned back to the portal took a deep breath and stepped through she feel through a tunnel that flashed different shades of green every few seconds till she came to complete halt when everything went black.
She woke up with a start after the fog cleared from her eyes she looked round and tried to make sense of her surroundings but none of them were familiar to her she was obvously on a buss surrounded by people she didn't know.
What joy....
