Inside Andrew's home, the sound of noise can be heard, and it sounded like it was coming from the kitchen. There stood Andrew near the stove, an apron around his chest, and he was cooking a delicious egg and bacon breakfast. As he continued to cook, he could hear from the stairs a loud scream, not from horror but from joy. Then the sound of pitter-patter feet ran down the stairs. When he turned around, he was greeted by Wood's face.
'Dad! Did you get me him for a gift!?' Nikki yelled, pushing even further into his face.
'Yes, Nikki, he is our pet; his name is Wood. Treat him with care now,' Andrew said calmly, then focused back on making breakfast.
'Wood? That and awful name' Nikki then boop Wood's non-existent nose.
'Your new name is Woodland shire the third' Nikki said proudly.
'So Wood for short'
'Yes' She plainly said. This made me let out a soft chuckle.
'Alright, but know it's time for you to brush your teeth' Andrew said, which Nikki placed Wood on the kitchen counter.
'Alright, bye, Wood!' Nikki then ran up the stairs. As she left he notices that the green dye some how cover a little more of her hair, but he just ignore it.
As Andrew focused back on making Nikki breakfast and her lunch. The reason for her lunch is that today is her first day of 4th grade. When he places the last piece of beacon, he notices that Wood is drooling over the food, specifically the cooked bacon. Causing him to chuckle a bit, he then toss a piece of cook bacon which Wood precisely caught with his mouth. Then Nikki then came back into the kitchen sat on the chair placing her arms on the table garbing both knife and fork and was at the ready to gobble down anything that was right in front of her.
'Alright breakfast is done, but make sure you eat slowly this time or choke on your food' Andrew which she nodded.
He then place her breakfast right in front of her which she began to eat but not to quickly though. On the plate were 2 sunny side up eggs with a dash pepper and salt, 2 crispy pieces of bacon, 2 French toast with a slice of butter, and one big glass of apple juice.

'Oh, and by the way, today is the first day of 4th grade' This made Nikki stop eating.
'Wait, I have school?' She ask.
'Yep'
'But, but...I don't have supply' Nikki said, trying to make up an excuse.
'Supply's are in your book bag' Andrew responded.
'But...I don't have lunch' Nikki pointed out when Andrew placed a metal lunch box right in front of her.
'The lunch is Dino theme, Dino nuggets, lava ketchup, and colorful Dino eggs'
