Well. If you're seeing this, before or after I finish JAW (if you know you know) then I'm just gonna say this.

It's a miracle I decided to actually post this because I was debating on leaving the Internet for a while to say the least. And also because I have commitment issues, expecially in my writing.

You may have noticed I unpublished every single story I had up on my page a while back, but whatever.

This is a fandom that I'm enjoying a lot and if you don't know what it is... Well, check it out. Sorry if I'm taking a break from the Harry Potter fandom, but it's too crowded, and toxic, and embarrassing. For me at least. (5/26/24 it's not embarrassing I was just embarrassed because of cringe culture 😅 sorry you guys but I still love Harry Potter.. just a lot of the fandom is mean)

Anywho, a few disclaimers,

•I write these stories like a Moomins in a nutshell compilation.

•Underage drinking and smoking (it's cannon--)

•NO SMUT. Even if 60s snufkin isn't ace to me, (like all his other versions) doesn't mean I'll be writing smut.

•I accidentally changed how the characters acted several times throughout this story, so definitely an out of character tag as well. (Eh, kinda)

•I don't hate sniff. I actually love him, I just made him 2019 esk. And again, it's inspired by Murmik Vodnik's 69' Wtf series so go check that out. The first part is in the story description. (I don't hate little my either)

This is probably going to unmotivate me from writing this, but I don't care. We'll find out, because if you're reading this, it means I've finished it. (5/26/24 me-- yes.. yes it did 😂😂 and I'm not that finished yet. It'll still probably be a few months. One at least)

I'm not doing progressive writing anymore!!! Yay!! (5/26/24 me-- I have no idea what this means. If someone knows what I'm talking about please tell me 😂)

Oh my god 😂😂
I've been writing this for what... Four? Five months? It'll definitely make it to being six, I'm sure, due to heavy procrastinating for the last few paragraphs, proofreading, finally giving this to my friend, more editing, and the fact I'm talking about it again on this (even though I still haven't even posted it. Luckily 😂)

Anyway this is a gift to my friend who encouraged this abomination, and also it's dedicated to her since shes the one who introduced me to this fandom. She's been the one I have talked to every time I'd get writers block complaining that I forgot how to English, she helped me plan a lot of it but mostly my favorite parts while I filled in the blanks.

I genuinely don't know how much of this she knows about and I can't wait to finish the rough draft and give it to her! And then more editing 😭

Also this entire journey with this fanfiction has made me realize I need to save up money to buy myself a laptop because typing this on my phone was one of my many stresses I had during this 😂

And oh Lord some of that editing has to do with the fact the two main characters AREN'T human.

Well Snufkin, he may look human but he's not. He's like a Murmik Mymble hybrid or something and so I suppose he's just a Snufkin.

Again! These characters are from (not the 60s one, but originally from) Tove Jannisen, a Finnish children's author.

But before I post this *coming soon* chapter I have to warn you... Though I might find some way to fix this soon-- that I change point of view possibly randomly. I'll try to fix it before I post any chapters though! 😂
