Jeon Guk is pronounced (Jay- young-Gook) slightly different from Jung Kook name but sort of the same.
Today was Jung Kook birthday. He was very happy and smiley he told me jokes every minute and kept tickling me even though I insisted for him to stop. He seem too had forgotten about that morning.
"Happy Birthday to You" Sung Yeon and I sang to him in Korean. We even brought him a cake he was finally sixteen. His smile was absolutely beautiful, his monolid eyes would always smile along with him which was adorable. I gave him a hug and handed him his present it was Xbox game that seemed popular it was called GTA but it was the newest version. He smiled, but then something changed. His smiled faded quickly and the look in his eyes changed. It was as if they were a totally different person in the room.
I wanted to say something to Sung Yeon but she had already notice. She looked at me, and back at Jung Kook.
"Why are you here, Jeon Guk?" She said her Korean was weird it was in Busan dialect. Jung koo- I mean, Jeon Guk ignored her and smirked at me.
"We meet again, chocolate." He grinned his Busan dialect was very thick and made the words hard to understand.
"My name is Hope." I spat out.
"I know, but you taste like chocolate." He winked.
My breath hitched in my throat causing me to start a coughing fit. Sung Yeon looked at me and then to Jeon Guk. She raised her eyebrow, I just gulped and hope she'll forget.
Lord, I know I'm not supposed to hate anyone. But this Jeon Guk guy is an exception.
He throws my present to the side, and stood up.
"I'm going out." He said flatly and left for the door.
I heard Sung Yeon call after him but he didn't turn back. I wanted to know more, I needed to know more and I needed to know from Jung Kook.
Grabbing my keys and stuffing them in the pocket of my jacket I chased after him briefly before the door was about to close.
"Yah, wait up." I called to him in Korean. He looked at me ask if I were crazy, I ran up to him trying to desperately catch my breath.
"What do you want?" His mouth formed into a small, sly grin.
I pushed my curls behind my ear, and began to speak.
"Where is Jung Kook?"
"You're annoying." He scoffs, and walks away. I was not going to let him get away that easily I was going to follow him until Jung Kook returns and ask him what the hell was going on.
I followed him, keeping a good enough distance between us. Although, he knew my presences existed he proceeded to ignore it. I would try to make small conversation then and now and we walked the path outside of Sung Yeon house.
"So, are you like Jung Kook brother or something?" I nervously laugh.
"Something," He replied lowly. "I told you something about me, your turn."
"Are you American?" He asks. "Your dark skinned, are you African?"
I wanted to burst out laughing but kept it covered with a smug expression.
"You obviously don't go outside a lot." I mumbled. "Where are you heading to?"
"I'm going to go rob a bank." His voice was emotionless.
