so i'm busy working on initial concept ideas for pinkie and came up with this:

and i'm not gonna lie: she reminds me of ariel. i didn't even intend for that to happen but it did. it might be the bow. i just thought it would be cute because pinkie wearing a bow just sounds super adorable
and i've confirmed she is a huge cinnamon roll in this au (and yes, i'm pretty sure she's gonna find a way to break the fourth wall and the laws of physics. it's pinkie pie)
