Caroline walks up to her best friend Elena laying in a maroon coloured coffin and lays her hand on top of hers.
"Caroline!" Elena says. "Elena!"Caroline responded.
She then realized that she was in front of her old high school. "Is this a dream?" She asked her friend.
"No this is a vision I'm giving you, a way of saying good bye." Elena felt a tear fall down her cheek and so did Caroline but she let it all out and started pouring other than Elena who tried to fight back the tears but lost the battle and starting crying as well.
"I'm so sorry this happened!" Caroline said crying even harder than before. "It's ok it wasn't your fault!" Elena said crying just as hard.
The friends hugged and just took a moment just crying on each others shoulders.
"Ok listen, I don't have much time." Elena said getting up from the hug straightening herself up as well did Caroline.
"I want you Caroline Forbes, to go and do what makes you happy. I want you to find as much happiness as humanly possible or even more since your a vampire. I want you to go, its enough of you sacrificing your life and love for me or anyone else. Go be happy." Elena said tear eyed
"Ok I will." Caroline sobbed
"When I see you again in 70 sem-odd years I'm gonna ask you if you lived the the way you want at your happiness and I want you to be satisfied with your answer not me, ok?" Elena said sobbing hard again.
"Yes I promise." Caroline said crying a bit less.
They hugged again and they said their goodbyes. "You can let go now."
And with that Caroline felt her self in the room with her best friend in the maroon coffin. She thought to her self what made her happy and a certain someone immediately crossed her mind.
