"Izzy, please! You can tell your parents that we're having a sleepover!" Megan, my best friend begged me.

"I just, I don't know. They wanted to have family night.. And then lying and going to a party? They'd hate me," I said, stuffing my books in my locker.

"Oh, come on. You've done it before," she said, smirking. My cheeks suddenly wore a crimson glow.

"Yeah, but that's before they made me do the whole purity thing," I said, rolling my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I love my parents and the fact they thought that a ring would protect my "fragile heart" but they could be a bit overwhelming.

"Screw the ring!" She said, chuckling at her little joke, "I think your own personal happiness is more important than some dumb ring. It can't control your life. Or your hormones." She send me a smile.

I rolled my eyes, "Fine! I'll come, but I'm not drinking." I stated firmly.

"Sure," She said, rolling her eyes. I smiled and turned to walk to class.

"Hey, heart-breaker," Ian said, walking beside me. I looked at him confused.

"Heart-breaker? I'm not a heart-breaker?" I said, furrowing my eyebrows.

He grinned, "Really? The hottest girl in our school and you've turned down everyone. It's either you're a heart-breaker or you think you're better than everyone else."

"I do not think I'm better than everyone else!" I said my eyes widened as I pushed on his shoulder playfully.

He laughed, as we walked into our class, "Whatever, then you're a heart-breaker." He sat down. I rolled my eyes, sitting next to him.

"Hello, class!" The older woman said, walking in.

"Don't forget, Isabella, we have practice tonight!" Angelica said, smiling at me. I nodded and threw a smile at her. It's not like I could exactly forget..

I was the captain after all. I pulled out my bag and headed for the girls' locker room.

"But, what if Parker doesn't like me?" I heard girls talking as I walked into the room. I shook my head and started to change into shorts and a tank top.

"Sweetie, knowing Parker Jonson, he isn't into anyone like that. He's a player," I spoke and walked out. I was a pretty up front person, if I do say so myself...

"Oh look, it's Carter. Amazing body she has," I heard Parker's voice behind me as I stretched.

I rolled my eyes turning toward him, "Listen here, buddy, you aren't going to talk to me nor my body like that. I'm so sorry I don't fall to my knees to worship you when you walk by." I spat, glaring at the boy.

"That's not the reason I'd want you on your knees for," he said, smirking. I felt my cheeks heat up when I registered what he had said.

"Screw you," I said, turning away.

"Okay, when and where?"

I rolled my eyes, continuing to finish stretching. "He totally wants you," Megan said, sitting next to me.

I shook my head, "Parker wants everyone." I said, and sighed.

She laughed, and we started practice.

After practice us girls sat talking. Some watched the boys continuing their practice. "I can't believe Jane would let him do that! Isn't she like, Jewish or something?" Veronica asked, her eyes wide.
