On the beautiful garden of merisha, the sounds of laughter between two small ten year old girls filled the garden. One of the girls carried beautiful silver blonde blonde hair that became messy from running to fast, lavender eyes that were stained with tears from laughter, and beautiful richly dress only a girl of her station would ever wear. The other girl carried short but pretty light brown hair that was tangled from chasing her sister and wore simple plain servant clothing
" will we be together forever dany" young Amaris innocently glanced at her twin sister Diana who was brushing her hair. The two girls sat in their tree as it was a daily routine for the two. Diana softly chuckled as she continued to brush her sister sisters hair
" of course princess, where else will I be if it's not by your side" young Diana answered softly as she delicately brushed her sisters hair as if she was fragile doll
" i told you to call me sister when there's no one around " Amaris whined
" you're right, I apologize s-sister" Diana apologized bowing her head, after she finished brushing her sisters head, she pulled out the book she using to learn how to read but Amaris stopped her and held her hand smiling at her
" sister you do know I'll always protect you, right?" She asked her Diana's eyes widen surprised
"O-of course" she immediately replied without hesitation
" I never want to lose you okay!, we were born together so we should always stick together" Amaris smiled widened as she grabbed hold of her twin's arm and clumped excitedly, A smile formed on Diana's face
" of course, we will always stick together and never fall apart, I will always be there to take care of you. I promise!" Diana promised her sister, Amaris let go of her hand and pulled something out of her knee high socks her skirt, it was a golden chocker that resembled a collar, it was a beautiful golden choker with flowers carved in the background while two initials were in the middle. Amaris had personally commissioned a gift for Diana she wanted to give as a reward for her sisterhood. Diana gasped staring at the choker, Amaris put the choker on her twin
" it is a symbol of our love and loyalty to one another, I even asked for our initials to be printed. I also have a matching ring look" Amaris explained while showing her matching golden ring, Diana was a bit confused that she had a ring while she had a chocker but she let go of it since she didn't want to seem ungrateful
" I love it I shall always cherish it" she thanked her sister as she was going to take it off but Amaris stopped her with her eyes gleaming with excitement and another feeling that she couldn't quite understand
"Don't take it off, never take it off, I worked really hard to commissioned our symbol, it will make me sad if you don't like it" she looked down disappointedly. Diana frowned and shook her head
" I love it, please don't be sad!" Diana reassured, Amaris smiled
" promise me never to leave and always stay by my side forever" Amaris pulled her pinky finger, a simple gesture of promise and trust, Diana stared at her twins pinky finger that was waiting to be locked, a small moment reluctance drowned her but she shook the feeling away and smiled the brightest she ever smiled
" I promise" Diana declared pinky promising
" thinking of me again sister" a soft but eerie voice whispered in the ears of Amaris. She slowly turned around and it was Diana, well her ghost to be exact
