Magic!

chapter 7-Magic!

"Sam,why did you get me a horse? I mean i'ts amazing! but why?" I was starting to get more closer to the horse,it was still making that 'hmmph' noise. It's got brown eyes and a light brown mane,with white highlights all mixed in with the brown.

"well,i thought you might want a pet! If you come back you can ride her,groom her,feed her,wash her and when your not here,i will take her back to the stables where the stable-girls and boys can look after her" He was smiling at me,waiting for a reply.

"Oh my gosh! I love it!" i couldn't believe my amazing boyfriend had got me a HORSE!  "There is just one problem,i can't ride!" I was blushing  because i remembered the time when i was at my friends birthday party and we were horse riding.I got on the horse and it galloped away with me on him and then he stopped suddenly and i went flying! My friends made fun of me for weeks after! That was when i was eight so maybe i have got better since then.

"Well......i can ride,i could teach you if you wanted? i have my own horse....." Sam was speaking really quiet and was red as a tomato.He was obviously as embarrassed as i was!

"Really?! I never knew you could ride! What's your horses name?" I was so shocked! I never thought a guy like Sam would do horse riding,i guess that's why they say never judge a book by it's cover.

"Well,i didn't know how you would react to me doing horse riding so i never told you. My horse is called scarlett" He was still bright red but he still looks so cute!

"You should of told me,I would have liked to have come and rode on your horse,even though i can't ride!"  

He started to walk over to me. "You can learn though! don't worry! Well,what are you going to name her?" 

"Emmm.....i think it looks like a Magic..." I grinned "Yes,I'm going to call her Magic!"

"Thats a really good name for her,by the way i also got you a saddle and a helm-" He stopped talking because i pulled him into a hug and kiss,the best kiss and hug of my life.

"So,are you ready?" Sam was already on his horse,trying to help me on to mine which was failing miserably!

"Sort of,if i just can get my foot....ahh,steady Magic" Magic was trying to gallop away like that other horse had when i was eight.

He jumped down laughing. "Ok,put your left foot on the stirrups and swing your right foot over......that's it!" He walked back over to Scarlett still laughing to himself that i couldn't get on my own horse. How nice!

I stroked Magic's ears,they are super soft and she seems to like the feeling of it. "Soo,where are we going on our horses?,sorry,i just love saying OUR horses!"

"Well,how about i take you up to the stables to see where Magic will be kept when you are back home?" He was galloping around in circles, (ok,so i don't mean him i mean the horse!) making clicking noises with his tongue. It's quite annoying!!

"Ok then,but how do i ride?!" I was trying to copy him going around in circles but magic just seemed to be wanting to go the opposite way i wanted to go! GRRR!

"What you have to do is hold the reins quite tightly and pat the horse really gently to make her move,not to hard though!" He started laughing again because Magic was trying to kick me of her back.

"Right,ok,thanks Sam" I will try to remember that for the future but i will probably forget anyway.

"I will teach you more later,when you come back to France." He was smiling at me,expecting me to say yes,but to be honest i couldn't say yes because i don't even know if my parents will let me, well i will just have to make them let me come,i am old enough to catch a plane!!

"Hopefully yes!" I thought that was quite a good reply.

He started trotting slowly along the woodland path and turned around. "So gorgeous,are you coming?" He held his hand out for me to grab in case i fell (which is probably going to happen!).

i took a big breath and patted Magic softly to make her go. I was going really,really slowly. I felt like i was going in slow motion like in a movie!

Everyone at the stables are very nice,they absolutely adore Magic! The stable-boys and girls aren't much younger than me and they definitely know how to look after her properly. We are leaving Magic in the stables just now and are walking back through the woods to get home. I'm starting to wonder how Sam could afford Magic,does he work or something? My best friend Shannon is an amazing horse rider,i should bring her up to France the next time i go,she will love to see Magic!

"Sam,is it ok if i bring my best friend up to France with me next time i come up? She is a big horse fan and an amazing rider!" I started to remember who's party that was when i fell of the horse when i was eight.........it was Shannon's! grrr....

"Of course!" He put his arm around my shoulder and i put my head on his shoulder.

"I can't believe I'm leaving soon,i never thought i would meet someone so amazing on holiday" A tear was coming to my eye which isn't really like me at all to be honest.

"I feel the same wat gorgous,you will come back soon and we can start where we left of,it's ok" I could tell he was upset to.

"Next time,if i come back,i will make sure it is a long holiday,a month or two maybe?" I was smiling even though tears were running down my cheeks!

"Definitely" he smiled and sniffed.

"Well,i better get home,mum and dad are probably wondering where i am. We are starting to pack our clothes and stuff today........" I looked into those eyes which had made me fall in love with him the first time i had seen him and realised that i have had the most fun with him than anyone else. I stopped walking which made him stop to.

"Sam,i love you" i said it almost as quietly as he says things to me.He opened his mouth and closed it again,i think he is speechlas.

"I love you to,your one of the best things which have happened in my life and i will never forget about the time when i met Sarah Fortly on that little sandy beach."  He was gazing right back at me.

I smiled my best smile,no one has ever told me they love me before.I shook my head a bit,maybe this was a dream? PLEASE THIS CAN'T BE A DREAM! I will pinch myself to make sure......owwww! Yup I'm not dreaming! I grabbed his hand and dragged him down the hill,the wind was blowing in his hair which made him look like he was a super model posing for the camera! We jumped over a small river and kept running like there was no tomorrow......
