MADELINE'S POV
Quali day.
The day that determines in what position will the drivers start on Sunday.
But also a day full of work.
I went down at 10:30 AM, going straight to the RedBull Garage.
I posted some Daniel content because he was in the mood to take a few photos.
Max arrived after an hour.
I took some photos of him and posted them on RB's instagram Story.
After like what felt forever I went to get a quick coffee.
I sat down at the coffee shop and I spot George Russell coming.
For fuck sake he is everywhere. Not really but still.
He gives me a dirty look.
" Russell what the fuck is your problem."
" Didin't do anything what's wrong with you woman" he looks at me acting all confused.
"Lying to people's faces, you are brave Russell." I respond, madly.
"Look stop ruining my days, every single time I see you my day gets worse 50 times."
" Piss off Russell, you ruin absolutely everything. You're in NO POSITION to talk.
" I yell at him.
"Get over it, it's been years Norris." he says.
I splash my coffee at him, and he gasps.
We got lots of looks from people in the coffee shop.
"Great just great, ruined my shirt too now not only day." he says.
" You ruined my whole year back in 2018."
" I was only looking out for you." he responds, he looked VERY MAD but
I could care less.
"Fuck off" with that I leave the shop.
FLASHBACK BAKU 2018 (29 APRIL)
Madeline was smoking during a after-race party.
She was 17 at the time, and as she was smoking in a bathroom, her friend walked in.
"Madeline what the fuck." he said
"Relax George, it's just a cigarette." Madeline said.
"No Mads this is so not right. Please throw it." He cared about her, he truly did.
"Noooooo" He took her cigarette and threw it in the bin.
"How long have you been doing this?"
"About a year now." she says. She didin't realise the trouble she was about to get.
"You can't tell anyone George."
"I won't Mads." Lie.
As soon as he got away from the bathroom he went to tell Lando. He told Lando to tell her parents too.
Because of this, Madeline never had her parents trust EVER again.
Her parents always taught her to never touch a cigarette. During 2018 she was doing many things wrong and this thing was just a cherry on top.
With this her parents never trusted her again.
She wasn't allowed to go to any of F1,F2 races for 6 months. She wasn't allowed to even go outside.
Her parents stopped giving her money and she just felt very very drained.
The worst part of this is, she lost her friend.
She lost George Russell, her childhood crush. She never ever wanted to anything with him again.
George knew he fucked up. But he didin't want to apologize.

"Someone's mad" Max said as I walked in the RedBull Garage.
" I AM I REALLY REALLY AM." and I stormed off to my office.
