The forest

Hey! From now on I'll be changing povs 'cause why not? And I also see it necessary as the plot will get a bit more complex, so...

Alexander pov:

I just got out from one of Sir Gareth's lessons. He was quite boring and arrogant, obsessed with the stupid protocol and his weird rules. He just annoyed me every single day of my life.

That day I was turning six. I was expecting spending the day with Sir Gareth, but my mother told me that, as it was my birthday, I could have a free day. Just for once, I was going to play outside the castle!

Leonora pov:

I was getting sick of my brother. If he was not with Sir Gareth he had to be with me. But I don't mean to be in my presence, I mean being glued to me! He followed me everywhere and everytime.

So I decided to go to the forest that day, to rest in peace, just for once.

3º pov:

Leonora went outside early in the morning. Alexander was already awake, ready to go outside. When he saw his sister, he decided to follow her to the forest in order to spend the best day of his life. Leonora hadn't noticed it yet, so she was walking happily.

Leonora pov:

I felt that someone was watching me, so I turned around. I saw my brother there, following me.

"What's this all about, Alexander?" I asked.

"I wanted to spend the day outside, and I thought that you'd enjoy my company" he answered in a sweet tone.

"Okay, fine, but do not bother me, understood?"

We continued walking through the forest and I felt like being watched. I heard some steps and I looked around. There was a little elf.

"Hi, what's your name?" I asked. He casted a spell that threw me against a tree.

"Hey, how dare you harm my sister?" Alexander asked, mad. Then I felt the darkness taking the best of me.

Alexander pov:

"I'm prince Alexander of Kingsland" I said.

"Alexander? That's lame, something shorter would fit better" the elf answered.

It was true. It was lame. But I was not going to give up. I grabbed a stone and threw it to the elf. He was not ready for it so it hit him and probably killed him. I'm not so sure...

I went to see my sister.

"Alexander...?" she asked. "From now on, call me Alex" I said. It certainly was good. Prince Alex... but what sounded better was 'Alex, the bravest knight in Kingsland'...

"Don't ever dare to tell anyone from this, okay?" Leonora asked. I accepted and we both went back to the castle.
