This is a kind of prequel to Lavender Tea seeing as Athena haven't arrived yet

a little view into Athena's life just before her big appearance. 

ATHENA'S POV

I held my tea in hand as I sat across from a trembling man who looked at me in utter fear as he shook.

"Now, I've already said we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Your choice, now answer my question what do you know about her" I say pointing to a picture of Y/n on the table

"tell me everything any dirt the gritty stuff is what I need," I say as I look at the man

"M-ma'am I-i-i just told you I'm just paparazzi I don't know anything about her closely," the man says looking at me his eyebrows tense in panic of upsetting me

"Hmm well, Thomas you see that's not what I wanted to hear," I say as I sigh I snap as a hooked knife Is plunged through his back poking out his stomach, done by one of the many men who work for me. The man shook terror in his eyes before his limp body fell against the table. The blood had splattered forward at me which made me cringe away. I wasn't one to get messy, especially from a poor low life crazed paparazzi. I look at my guy and signal for him to take the dead paparazzi away. My butler came in with a sigh, cleaning the blood as I stood up pacing a moment. I had no way of connecting with Y/n since her private life was that secret. She's never slipped with putting a facade up about her personal life. She went by a different name when doing personal stuff presumably because she had no records before her rise to fame. Nothing except empty reports came back and as more possible connections to her came in none left alive since none got me my info I needed, I mean they wouldn't leave alive either if they had given good intel since it might slip. There was something off about how she popped into Veneer's life the same moment Velvet magically disappeared. She was somehow involved but maybe distant? I don't know all I know is she is way too professional in any setting she might slip anything not a part of her made up free time.

"Antonio is they're anymore possible ties to Y/n?" I ask the butler as I keep my eyes ahead looking towards the picture of her on the table in front of me.

"No Ma'am the only other connection is your son himself" he says with a polite bow at ma'am, before fully standing the blood mess cleaned

"Hmm fine then book me a flight to the house. I need to find out once and for all what is going on between my son and this mistress of tricks.

"Yes ma'am" Antonio said heading off as I walk close behind him but stopping at the picture of you I smile smugly as I continue walking,

"I'll get her and once I have her power to back me we'll be rich, Antonio, we will be RICH"
