~Chapter 2~

Eddie.....

You speed walk behind Wally making it to the first house? No it was a post office or that's at least what the giant sign says. You hope it's true as your mind races.

You look at the colorful what you believe yo be a post office. A rainbow flag out. Are they gay? Eh It doesn't matter. A colorful sign with white walls it matches well*

You've always been an over thinker,an anxiety machine you could also say whatever word is your piece of cake.

Wally and you make to the post office right before a mail man the same height as you with orange skin,hair,and a yellow nose,with a rainbow tie,purple pants,button up shirt,a mailman hat,and you can't forget the messenger bag. He gasp as he sees you."Why hello there new buddy," he says in a rural accent,(aka a southern accent)"names Eddie what's yours?"

You become nervous and fumble around before Wally seems to tell and speaks for you."Their name is (Y/N) Eddie Dear." Eddie nods and smiles understanding that you're not a social butterfly. He offers his hand with a sweet smile hoping you're comfortable enough to take it. You clench your teeth and inhale sharply taking the hand and roughly smiling.

Your mind starts to wander like it normally does and you let go of Eddie's hand and left yours drift to your side."Well Ed we gotta go meet the others," Wally's monotone voice gets you out of your trance. Eddie nods before running to make his morning runs around the neighborhood. You sigh glad you're out of that situation.

Then you wonder why you didn't freak out with Wally like you did Eddie is it just a conversation since he appeared out of nowhere to pick up your mail. Was he on his way to see you? Well you would have to ask him.. How would that play out? You start to panic slightly as you overthink and hug yourself hoping for some form of comfort.

Wally notices and puts his hand on your arm to show you it's alright and to not worry. You nod to show that your brain is stagnant again like a land that's untouched you walk to the next house. Not thinking anymore hoping you're getting better at socializing and the touch of other puppets on your soft fabric skin.

You start to trace shapes on your arms for comfort smiling softly at Wally as he lights up at your smile. "Yay! I finally got that beautiful/handsome smile on your face neighbor!" Wally says his voice having more emotion than his normal monotone voice. You laugh at what he said not expecting that to come out of his mouth with that much vibrancy. You start to make it to the second house right above Eddies' you start to become less nervous and more happy.(sorry that they are so short but I hope they are good....i should really proof read.. but love y'all have a good night/day)
