I was talking to Annabeth about Grover my boyfriend apparently he had been picking at his horns again ( I don't know if that's what you call them 😭) I frowned I hadn't noticed he'd been picking at them recently
"It's worse than before -he's like all nervous recently" Annabeth said " Truth be told iv not noticed he's not doing it around me he only plays with his figures or mine" I said smiling at thought of the cute thing my boyfriend Dose Annabeth nodded "he doesn't do it around you because he thinks you'll find it wried or something" I frowned again "I'm going to go find him" I said softly Annabeth only nodded
So of I I set to go find my boyfriend I immediately went to the woods as we have a hide out back there with was basically just a log overlooking the lake and when I got there I sow the back of a head with dark curly locks
"Grover" I yelled grinning he turned around with a grin matching mine "Y/N!" He yelled just as loud if not louder I ran over to him giving him a hug and kiss on the cheek
"Why were you looking for me" he asked once we had stopped hugging and sat on our log I noticed his hand go reach for his horns before stopping and playing with his fingers
"What are you so worried about" I said blankly deciding to not beat around the bush he stated at me mouth open before closing it "I'm not I'm eh" he rambled "Grover" I said softly he looked at me before sighing "I don't know I'm just like that sometimes" he said
I nodded softly as he continued "and sometimes I worry it annoys you" i was in disbelief annoy me? Grover could never do that he was just so sweet to me all the time and genuinely cared about me
"How I could I ever be annoyed at you sweetie?" I said noticing a red tint paint his cheeks before he smiled at me "I don't know" he said
" Grover I love you you could never annoy me" I explained reaching out and moving to sit right in front on him before pushing his head down slightly to see his horns better " What annoys me is when you pick at them there going to start hurting Don't pick at them " I said he only smiled at me
"Grover I'm not-" I got cut of but his lips pressing against mine " I won't do it anymore" he smiled a small dopie smile at me I grinned back at him "promise" I asked holding out my pinkie "Promise" he said locking out pinkies together
God he's so cute
