Jay arrived home with puffy eyes. The other members immediately noticed his distress and gathered around him, concern etched on their faces.

Heeseung gently guided Jay to sit down, his voice soft and soothing. "Hey, what's going on? You don't look okay."

Jay swallowed hard, struggling to find the words amidst his tears. "It's... It's Jungwon," he finally managed to say, his voice barely above a whisper.

Heeseung placed a comforting hand on his shoulder, encouraging him to continue. "What about him?"

Tears welled up in Jay's eyes as he tried to compose himself. "He's... he's being forced into a marriage he doesn't want."

Jake's expression softened with understanding as he reached out to Jay. "Oh, that doesn't sound very good. It must be really tough for him."

Sunghoon nodded in agreement, his eyes reflecting the pain he felt for his friend. "We're here for you. Whatever you need, we'll help."

Sunoo wiped a tear from his eye, mirroring Jay's sadness. "You don't have to go through this alone."

Ni-ki's eyes widened at the sight of Sunoo's tears, his heart aching for his friends.

"Please, guys, he doesn't deserve to live like this. We.. we need to do something."

The other members exchanged worried glances. How could they possibly intervene in a marriage, especially one arranged by Jungwon's parents?

"I don't know what to do," Jake whispered, his voice barely audible.

Heeseung felt a pang of worry grip his heart. Seeing Jay in such distress, he realized how deeply he was hurting.

"We'll figure something out," Heeseung reassured them, though doubt lingered in his mind. He hadn't seen Jay cry like this in ages, and it weighed heavily on him.

He knew the depth of love between Jay and Jungwon, and seeing them in such pain tore at his heart. Despite his desire to help, Heeseung found himself at a loss for a solution.

He couldn't shake the feeling that there was only one possible course of action, which was also a risky one.

The idea simmered in his thoughts, yet, the more he contemplated it, the more he realized that perhaps it was their best chance at helping Jay and Jungwon.

Jungwon |

The night before the marriage, I lay in bed, unable to find peace in sleep. The past few days had been the worst I had ever experienced. I couldn't eat, sleep, or focus on anything.

I missed Jay more than words could express, but I knew deep down that we could never be together. Even though I longed for his comfort and support, I couldn't bring myself to involve him in my turmoil.

Tears streamed down my face once again as I replayed the events in my mind.

Just as I closed my eyes, I heard a voice behind me.

"Jungwon?"

I turned around to see Heeseung standing there, looking at me.

I immediately sat up on my bed, hastily wiping away my tears as I nervously asked, "What.. what are you doing here? You're not supposed to be here. My parents could hear you!"

Heeseung gave me a reassuring smile and whispered, "Don't worry. I'll be quiet. I just needed to talk to you."

I nodded as he took a seat on the chair in front of me.

"What's on your mind?" I asked softly, my voice trembling with anticipation.

Heeseung sighed as he struggled to find the right words to say. "Jungwon, first of all, I want to say that I'm very, very sorry about what's happening in your life right now. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be for you."
