"Then I cannot remain without saying one thing." Her father paused for a second and said. "I am just proud of you."

Charitha could not talk anymore, cut off the call and burst into weeping.

"What your dad has said making you burst into weeping like this? You said to those people so clearly you never act in the movie if they don't like." Prameela angrily said looking into the face of her friend.

Charitha controlled her weeping, took the cell phone into her hands, went to the call recorder and selected the recording between her and her father and pressed it and in that silence the conversation between her and her father was so much clear to hear.

"My god! I just cannot believe it at all!" Prameela's face was filled with shock. "I never have expected such transformation in him!"

"It is just a proof............" Charitha made herself straight on the sofa. ".........how the circumstances do change the rigorous mindsets also. I also did not expect this at all."

"Anyhow line is absolutely clear for your acting in the movie." With sudden happiness in her face Prameela said. "So we can convey the news to my friend that you are ready to act in that movie."

"Do that fast without any delay." Charitha said with excitement. "And tell them those forty lakhs rupees have to be transferred into my mom's account before I start acting in that movie."

"I certainly tell them so and you need no doubt in it." Prameela laughed and said. "But why haste? Let them make phone to us and then we tell. It should not be so that you are too much enthusiastic to act in that movie. It makes you lower in their eyes."

"I am not thinking like that." Suddenly there was anxiousness in her face. "If I am not hurried, they may give this role to some other girl."

"It is not going to happen like that and you just be relaxed! If we don't receive a phone call from them by tomorrow also, I do contact them and tell about your decision."

"But........." with the same excitement Charitha tried to say something but she did not know what to say.

"Listen to me and leave everything to me if you think I am your well wisher." Putting her right hand around the shoulders of Charitha, Prameela said with assurance in her face.

"Alright then." Charitha has to be compromised but she could not stop feeling excitement and anxiousness. What if that Tarang changed his mind and that role has been given to someone else or Prameela will be decided for that role? She did not at all like to think losing of those forty lakhs rupees once her father also agreed to it. Just those forty lakhs rupees would solve all their problems and put her family in quite comfortable condition. It was quite surprising how she stopped thinking completely about her family reputation and the way she has to act in that movie. Even quite before itself she completely came to know what type of role that heroine in that film was.

As if to put an end to her anxiousness and excitement, the phone call came from Madhukar to Prameela on the evening of that day itself. At that time both Prameela and Charitha were in the kitchen preparing something. Just like everyone it was the habit of Prameela also to keep the cell phone nearby and she immediately attended that call and put into speaker enabling Charitha also to listen to that conversation.

"She already told her decision then and there. Why do you phone to us about it?" after knowing about the purpose of that call, Prameela said pretending irritation which made Charitha more anxious and first time to get angry on her friend.

"We are optimists dear. We always hope good things to happen." There was laughter from his side. "Did not you try to persuade her? If she wants we can increase the remuneration even more."
