There was never a character in The Ender Prince who could resurrect the dead or force humans to become hybrids. Scott was able to commune with the dead, but that wasn't the same as bringing them back in materialistic forms. Even when he borrowed their memories or skills, a power spoken about in the book but never shown, it was nothing like what False has been able to achieve. From Shelby's recollection of the hours leading up to her first death, particularly the part where Jimmy was telling the group's story, Tommy can surmise that False is able to push the soul outside of the body and suspend it in both time and space. It is probably for a limited time, but even the initial feat is impressive. This fact is somehow outdone by the fact that False can then put these soul's into new bodies or fashion the old ones with the necessary materials to prolong existence. False's body was well enough that it could retake her soul. Jimmy's body was so far gone that he needed a metallic outer shell. Shelby and Wilbur's bodies were rescued by phantom parts, resulting in their new hybrid genes.
Even without taking into consideration her near-impossible powers, her artificing skills are nothing to scoff at either. The Antarctic Empire is looking into building trains, and there is the distant city of Cogsmeade, but False has access to much more sophisticated technology. The pirates in Essemepi have rudimentary guns, but the rifle and pistol False made for herself and Jimmy are of a higher quality. They are not only able to function as guns, they use bullets infused with the cores of monsters, adding an extra punch to their bullets when any other artificer would find instability instead of innovation.
With these machines, plus any more she might have made that Shelby and Wilbur didn't mention, False has turned herself into a formidable monster hunter. While monster hunting is a profession in some nations, like Essempei and Las Nevadas, it isn't so lucrative and easy that simply anyone can do it. False's only option is to be extremely good if she's survived this long without dying, without even a debilitating ailment or a missing appendage.
Tommy has an inkling of a reason why False might be a Transcendent. While he doesn't know what the qualifications are, False must be someone like Drista, a person who wasn't a character in the book. Ranboo, as the main character and a traveler, surely would have met someone as powerful as False. She would have been curious about him as most inventors are when they meet Ranboo. They would have crossed paths eventually, even if their meeting would have been brief and ultimately meaningless. Tommy doesn't understand the whole picture, but he is starting to understand the details.
"Shelby and I went with the group. We traveled to nearly every nation, you know. Jimmy liked exploring new places, and Joey didn't want to stay anywhere long because he thought it would mess with his Fae sensibilities. False was content to travel with the group. Scott would have followed her anywhere as long as she taught him about magecraft. Shelby seemed to like exploring and learning about magic, too. I didn't have a preference for staying or going. I was half-curious about my memories, but I was mostly in it for the thrill. I was getting so much inspiration from all the places we went and the people we met," Wilbur explains, continuing where Shelby left off. He waved his hands around, but with one still slung over Tommy's shoulder, he nearly hit Tommy several times in the face in his storytelling.
"Recently, we came to the empire. We were traveling along the countryside when we were stopped by Prince Techno. The locals warned us that his highness was around to search for members of a rebel group, but we didn't think anything of it until we actually looked upon his face. Although Wilbur and I were slowly getting our memories back, seeing Prince Techno expedited the process significantly. Wilbur recognized him on sight, full name and everything, and Techno knew it was us even though we don't exactly look the same as when we left," Shelby nods, agreeing with Wilbur and smiling slightly when she sees Tommy try not to jerk away from Wilbur when the brunette nearly slams his fingers against Tommy's nose. Tommy isn't able to conjure up a single negative emotion as he smiles faintly at Shelby.
