Priyanka "Pia" Jaishankar (born December 12th) better known as Priya Jai, is am Indian-American YouTuber, Actress, Model, Singer, Online Personality, Motivational Speaker and Philanthropist.  She goes by the nickname Pia by Caleb Gates and Jimmy Donaldson and the name Priya by her family and fans.

BIRTH AND EARLY LIFE

Priyanka Jaishankar was born on 12th December to Dr. Devaki and Anand Jaishankar in New York, Manhattan. Dr. Devaki is an orthodontist and is a Tamil brahmin on her father's side and a Marathi brahmin on her mother's side while Mr. Anand is the CEO of his own company and is Punjabi on his mother's side and Gujrati on his father's side.

Devaki and Anand Jaishankar met while going to college in Stanford University and got married five years after graduating their masters program in Goa, India. The two moved to New York and started their own business together. But, as money is tight at the start of any venture, Anandi took up a job at NYU Langone hospital while Anand worked on the business. Five years into their marriage, Devki gave birth to Priyanka in NYU Langone Hospital. The birth couldn't have been at a better time as the family business was booming and the family moved to Long Island to expand the family business to the countryside.

Priyanka grew up in essentially typical American suburbia with neat three-story houses divided into rows by fences, a fancy privet preparatory school to walk to and fro from, even a neighborhood bully kid. When Priyanka was three, her mother became pregnant again. Priyanka secretly hoped that the baby would be a boy and her wish came true nine months later when her baby brother Ranbir was born who completed the Jaishankar Four.

Priyanka was an exemplary student all throughout middle and high school. Her parents enrolled her in multiple activities from sports like cricket, football, tennis, badminton and cheerleading to artistic endeavors like dancing, singing, painting and playing the guitar and piano. Like any child that age, Priyanka lost interest in most of her extracurriculars rather quickly and kept jumping between activities all throughout middle school, trying to find her shtick. On entering highschool, Priyanka got into gamming and followed many youtubers like PewDiePie, Gloom, Dude Perfect, LazarBeam, MatPat, Vsauce and Mr. Beast, who all inspired her to Mabey one day start her own YouTube career. However, that was a dream that would not be realized for many years to come.

Priyanka was actively involved in the drama club, Choir and gymnastics and was very invested in her grades. But most of all, Priyanka was into art and drew fanart which she regularly uploaded to DeviantArt. Priyanka also learned how to animate and edit videos by watching YouTube videos.

MEETING MR. BEAST

When Priyanka was in the tenth grade, she heard of Mr. Beast shooting his "Ages 1-100 Fight for $500,000" video and begged her parents for the four months leading up to her birthday to drive her up to Greenville, North Carolina to participate in the video. Finally, they agreed and Priyanka ended up being cast as the fifteen year old in the challenge.

The challenge was that people form age 1 to 100 would be trapped in their very own glass cube and the last one to leave their cube would win $500,000. Unlike the other contestants, Priyanka did not particularly care for the money nor clout but was thrilled to meet her childhood idol, Jimmy Donaldson or Mr. Beast, and was determined to make an impression.

When Jimmy came into her cube to interview her, Priyanka contained her excitement just enough to let her unique personality shine through for the camera. Jimmy was taken aback by how bold, charismatic and funny the girl was and her cocky sense of humor. When he asked her what her strategy to win the cup challenge was, She replied by saying "I'm just going to tell the wrong answers to my neighbors, the sixteen year old boy. I've earned his trust so I can beat him."
