"Kaya...Kaya, wake up..." Rebekah's voice screeched.
"What?" Kaya asked.
"Haven't you had enough sleeping for the past 6 months. It's a great time to be alive. Wake up, I have something for you." Rebekah said excitedly.
Kaya groaned before she got up and followed Rebekah. She showed her a red gown dress. Kaya began touching it fabric from the sleeves to waist and down to the skirt,"it's beautiful."
"Klaus took it from his royal stash and had it delicately tailored for you."
"Are you trying to score points for your brother?" Kaya asked.
"Everything I said is true." Rebekah said, carefully studying her look,"take it as his first step towards showing his feelings for you."
"He's not being original about it." Kaya said, taking off her clothes,"he did the same thing for Caroline. And I'm 100 percent sure he's going to bring out his 1000 year old jewelry with pure diamonds and gold. He stole from a princess he was sleeping with." Kaya said, laying in the bathtub.
After her bath, she set in front of a mirror.
Rebekah stood behind Kaya and rested her hands on her shoulders,"Have you truly given up on him."Kaya stared at Rebekah, thinking before staring at herself,"he shouldn't expect me to patiently wait for him anymore. I have a war to win and people to protect. Our feelings are the least of my concerns."
Rebekah kept quiet from there on as she did Kaya's red hair.

Kaya was staring at herself in the mirror before she sighed, fixing her dress.
"Try not sound too excited about being the queen and all." Jackson said, walking in.
"There is nothing to be excited about when it's weighing on my shoulders so much."
"The thing is you're carrying it by yourself when you shouldn't have to. I'm here, your father, the pack, and as much as I hate to admit it, even the Mikaelsons, too. We may not be as powerful and strong as you, but we can relieve some of the burden off you." Jackson said, smiling courageously.
Kaya smiled back but quickly faded,"If only we work together, that would be great."
"With you leading the way, I'm sure eventually we'll get there."
Kaya stared ahead,"If anything goes...."
"That's not going to happen."
Kaya could only smile softly, knowing she couldn't tell him the whole truth yet. If she fails... everything will come crumbling down.
"You're a good guy, Jackson." Kaya placed her hand on his shoulder.
Jackson stared at her hand with a smirk,"Not good enough for you to date me." He moved his eyes to stare at hers.
Kaya removed her hand,"You should find a nice girl to settle with. "
"You don't have to worry about me. You do what you need to do. But we have to survive first. Don't do anything that might cost you your life. Cause I'm not into the sacrificial thing." Jackson said.
They both laughed.
Kaya closed her eyes and nodded.
"It's time." Rebekah said poking from behind the door.
