At first, it was a normal adventure for Stitch, just opening a portal and walking in with blank thoughts and no plan whatsoever. But this time it was different. Upon opening a portal to this world, Stitch was greeted with a bright scene and a loud city. Though the city looked old-fashioned, Stitch could sense some modern ideas were used here, though she would need confirmation by the date. Looking to the road, she saw some horse-drawn carriages, as well as automobiles. And the drivers were all anthropomorphic animals, with different looks and species. Upon realizing this, Stitch gives herself a look. A long thin tail with brown fur, three fingers on her now furry hands, and feeling her face, a muzzle and large round ears. She seems to fit in this world, but she was turned into an anthro mouse. Looking around, something seemed off about this place, but there weren't any visible threats. Nonetheless, she needed to keep her guard up. This was all new territory and there could be dangers lurking in the shadows. Walking the streets, Stitch kept her eyes forward, focusing on her walking. Someone passes on her left, which Stitch takes full advantage of.

"Excuse me, sir, but I seem to have lost track of the day and year. Could you perhaps remind me?" Stitch refrained from cringing at her attempt at a subtle question. The man she asked, an anthro lizard, looked at Stitch as if she didn't deserve to be breathing the same air as him. He sighs and shakes his head.

"The youths today... so absentminded..." He looks back at Stitch with a blank stare. "It's September 26, 2017." Hiding her surprise, Stitch nods and smiles.

"Thank you, sir." The Lizard scoffed and continued his way. Once she was left alone, Stitch placed a hand to her head, rethinking the answer she received. 2017? I would have thought possibly the early 1900s with the use of carriages and the style of the buildings. Taking another calming breath, Stitch continues walking, unaware that she is being watched from behind by an unwanted set of eyes. Taking a slow breath, Stitch tries to ease her anxious mind.

"It's ok... You're used to this... nothing to be afraid of. Just observe your surroundings and act like you belong."

"The only problem with that is you don't!" Stitch freezes and whips around, seeing what appears to be a black and white wolf guard, wearing a black uniform, similar to a WW2 uniform, with red accents and two noticeably gold letter R's on each side of the uniform's collar. As well as a captain's hat with a golden badge, most likely to resemble his rank amongst his fellow guards.

"Oh! I'm sorry! Uh... did I do something wrong?" The wolf continued glaring at her, his steps towards her being fast and purposeful. Stitch felt her ears flatten against her head, and before she had a chance to react, the guard swiped her arm. A squeak escaped her breath as his grip was strong and tight.

"No talking back, girl! The king certainly doesn't like troublemakers in his kingdom!" Stitch grew more confused by the wolf's statement. King? What king? What did I even do?! Stitch's mind began to ache, needing the answers. The wolf guard continued to stare coldly at her, his grip unwavering. "And don't even think of trying to get away from me. It will only make it worse for yourself." The wolf growled, emphasizing his seriousness. "Now, you are going to come with me without a fuss. Try anything, and I will use force." Stitch's heart rate was at an all-time high, the fur on her skin prickling up. She nods, wincing at the pressure his hand still had on her arm. A smile formed on the wolf, one of jagged and yellowed teeth, a low chuckle rumbling from the back of his throat. "Good choice, girl." Without warning, Stitch is struck in the back of the head, falling into the inky abyss of her subconscious.
