When sahir come downstairs he see his family waiting for him youngsters are also present he sit there and start his breakfast he can feel all eyes on him so he ask without looking at them ,Is there something you guys want no lala we just want to come with you saad said .where .you are taking dadi jaan hospital so we also want to come with you saad said. We are going hospital not on picnic point sahir said sarcastically listening him all youngsters start to give signals to elders to say something to which they completely ignored except their beloved phupho.Beta we also want to see haider hospital Mahreen khan said.phupho you can come but they can't its not look nice to take many people because they want to see hospital sahir said respectively. After we reach hospital we see that sahir lala is waiting for us i think lala have some more instructions for us lagta ha abhi bhi kuch instructions rah gayi ha laal dadajaan dadijaan come towards us .dadajan tum sab k sath hogaye takki tum log out of control na ho . lala please don't do this with us we will not do anything ,if hitler will come with us then how will we enjoy saad said but last sentence in his mind . When we enter hospital ayat said Ibk hospital yeh kesa naam ha .dadajaan k naam per ha sahir lala said .jise sun kar nanajaan ki eyes shine ki aur amijaan aur nanijaan ek eyes nam hogayi .wow entrees hi itna acha banayaz ha ander kitna acha hoga anaya said .someone said Mr khan  hum sab ek dosre se baat kar rahe tab kisne sahir lala ko awaz de jab main ne samane deakha one beautiful lady doctor humare tarf arahe  the karib se aur bhi pyari aur apni si lagi bilkul khoobsurt se guria (beautiful doll)us ne sab ko confuses eyes se hum  ko deakha aur phir she asked Sahir lala that if there is some problem. Mr khan is there any serious problem ap sab maham maam k sath aye ha dr said .before lala kuch khete saad start to speak. No everything is fine we just want to see where our dadijaan is getting her treatment plus we hear many things about this hospital doctor saad said . My name is Dr Zarlashta khan i am cardiologist here .
Acha ap ha jin k bare main humare dadijaan kal se baate kar rahe ha saad said .she smile and said I hope k positive hi suna ho .usse phele saad kuch aur kheta Sahir laal start to speak. Dr Zarlashta if their is no issue can my family see the hospital they will quietly see the hospital and will go from here . Where ayat asked .anaya point her finger in his direction when i look their i see a handsome man and our eyes meet we make eyecontent of few seconds i don't know why a shiver pass my body so i broke the eyecontent.
