Year 2206, March 24, The Real world.

    The yellow flickering light was no longer noticed by the person in front of the mirror. "So you're saying I owe you a favor?" He spoke to a reflection. The cold night air seeped its way in into the room. Then odd looking man in the reflection of the mirror began his reply.
    "Somewhat. I have decided that the way you will be helping me is by working a job as my assistant. You see I am just swamped with all the work I need to get done, and any help is appreciated." The man smiled. Jared just stared for a second.
    "I'm hallucinating. There is no way I am standing here talking to a reflection of a red eyed man in a white top hat." He said convinced.
    "this my friend is very much real."
    "No, no it isn't."
    "Yes it is."
    "Nope." Jared shook his head. "I must have eaten something bad in the kitchen and now I am seeing things." He began rubbing his eyes in an attempt to make Karma disappear.
"How about I prove it to you." Karma lifted a hand and brought it through the glass. The pale cold hand reached to Jared who was considering what to do next.
    "All you have to do is take it, and you will see that this is real." The chill of the air became once again noticeable. Cautiously Jared took the presented hand. Then with one strong movement Karma through Jared from the ground through the Mirror and into the Other Side. "Good choice." Karma stood tall over the boy who was lying sorely on the ground.
    "Ouch! Why did you do that!" Jared began lifting himself off the ground.
    "I find force is often easier than reasoning, when the other person thinks it's a dream." Karma straightened his tie and began walking off. Jared looked around at his surroundings. It was cold and quiet. Grey lights replaced the once yellow ones, but this was the only noticeable difference. "Are you coming?" The red eyed man stood at the door.
    "Did I just go through the mirror?"
    "Yes, that is how you get to the Other Side."
    "This place is the Other Side."
    "Yes, now are you done gaping."
    "How do I get back?" Worry was beginning to fill Jareds mind.
    "I. Let me make this very clear, only I can take you back. So we better get this work done quick, right?"
"I am being kid napped by a ghostly red eyed man dressed in a suit and top hat, in a public bathroom." Green eyed boy said, with a mix of feelings. He was scared of the man and situation, but it didn't seem as if he should be worried for some reason. That's if any of this was real. "I want to go back."
    "You made a deal..."
    "I was six, and am not okay with any of this. Take me back." Jared began to freak out.
    "Calm down. We don't have time for this."
    "Are you listening to me? I am not doing this magic vudu stuff."
    "It's too late for this. You made the deal, you took my hand."
    "No, there's no way I'm actually in another world." Jared stormed past Karma and into the night air.
    "Where do think you're going." Karma snapped.
    "Home." He walk for a good while before he began to calm down. Jared stopped a corner away from his house. Letting out a sigh, the realization hit him. It was light out, quiet, and cloudy. There was not a single person animal or moving car in sight. Strangest of all was that everything was grey. He searched the area with his eyes as he stepped in a circle. It looked the same excluding the color, but it was unreal.
    "Alright then now that you've seemed to have calmed down again allow me to explain a few things. First is, when you make a deal with an immortal, in this case me." Karma pointed to himself as he walked toward Jared. "You cannot break it no matter how hard you try. As I said before you are in the Other Side not the Real world, and the only way to go back is with me, which I will only allow you to go back to your normal life after you finish our agreement." There was a pause. "Am I clear." Jared contemplate for a moment.
    "What do I have to do?" Jared finally gave in. A wide grin spread across Karma's face.
