Beneath the summer's golden sun, we found our love,
In the warmth of the Caribbean, our hearts began to grow.
Intense and bright, our passion soared, like fireworks in the night,
But we knew, deep down our love couldn't fight.
Hand in hand, we strolled the shore, with waves that kissed the sand,
In each other's arms, we danced, as if in a fairyland.
Margaritas and Bachata passed by, slipping through our grasp,
Leaving us with memories, as it fades into the past.
Now in the quiet of the night, I still hear the murder of your smile,
And in the gentle summer breeze, I feel your touch in time.
Our love was like a shooting star, a momentary burst of light,
That blazed across the sky, then disappeared from sight.
