She heard somepony open a door there are bathrooms at the end of the hall. She turned a filly Alula came up to her. "Scotaloo aren't you Scotaloo?" "Yes, that's me and you are?" "Alula" She held out her hoof and they shook. "Strong grip you got there" "Thanks glad you could join us"

"Us?" "Come with me" Alula took her to the door opposite the nursery and opened it. Inside was a big room with couches and tables, a collection of games on a shelf, comic books, a mini fridge full of colts and fillies. "What is this place?" 

"This is the hang out of the FWWP the Future Weather Workers of Ponyville" The room is mostly Pegususes every Pegasus foal Scotaloo knows and more about 20 in all including herself. "Every one of us has a parent a sibling some family who works for PWP and so do you" 

"I don't" "Rainbow Dash, not your sister by blood but family no you belong here" Rumble came up to them. "Hey didn't expect to see you" "What are you doing here?" "My cousin works here" the 3 sat down on a couch

"Every pony here has some relative working here every pegasus foal I know" "Weather control is the pegasus business I'm sure some pony in your family has done it most every pegasus does even in the big city every pegasus has latest a third cousin who dose" Said Alula

"So what is this club about?" "The job market in this town is highly competitive" Rumble said. "It's impossible to get your hoof in the door by yourself we are the future of the Waether Patrol" "You all want to work here and how are you going to get each other here?"

"Simple we'll intern learn the skills of the trade and in time we'll all be working here It's not like working in weather is the dream job but we need some job to get something else but the job opportunities are small for us  here" "What do you mean?" 

"Mail carrying and delivery are the main jobs outside of the PWP that pegasuses can get here we have to work harder to get other things that mostly go to Earth ponies and Unicorns" 

"So you guys have a goal of getting each other jobs that's great but jobs why here?" "This the one place we'll not going to get passed up by other ponies" Said Chipcutter. "Think about it cloud placement cloud seeding we can fly earth and unicorns can't do that" Rumble said

"Few Unicorns can control the weather we've seen what happens when one thinks that's what they're exposed to do we'll disproportionally represented in the job market it's only right we get an industry to ourselves"
