Summary: basically Sapnap goes into Subdrop
Subdrop: an emotional and physical low, that begins anywhere from a few hours to a few days after an emotional/endorphin high and can last hours to weeks
How to help someone in Subdrop: Good aftercare= talking, massages, baths, candlelight, nice music, yummy food and lots of cuddling and spooning

Usually in relationships you have set tops/doms and set subs/ bottoms. But sometimes those people switch. which is where the name switch comes from.
