Tea time (2min)

Minho woke up feeling thirsty. The comfort of his bed was so welcoming but he didn't think he could fall asleep with his mouth completely dry. He felt the coldness of the dorm as soon as he slipped from underneath his covers. He intended to make his trip to the kitchen as short as possible but that plan was discarded the moment he saw a figure standing in the hallway.
"Seungmin?" he whispered. The boy looked at him but he didn't move.
They weren't that far away from each other, just five or so steps and Minho wanted Seungmin to come first as he was not sure if the younger needed someone or had the same intention as him - to just get water.
"Are you okay? Did something happen?" Minho continued calmly. After a bit he could see the younger one nodding. "If you need help or anything you can come to me." he said as he raised his hand, palm facing upwards as an invitation for Seungmin. The younger one took the few steps and let his hand slip into the older one's. From his first step when Minho saw the hesitation and shakiness he suspected that Seungmin was not good on it emotional wise and this was confirmed when he felt his cold hand and saw his tears.
The moment when Seungmin held his hand Minho had the urge to pull him into a hug but wasn't sure if it would do good or bad. ,,What happened puppy?" he tried in his most gentle voice. ,,I... " When Minho sensed that Seungmin won't be able to talk about it for a while he squeezed his hand and asked, ,,Do you want to go to sleep?" Seungmin shakes his head. ,,Then how about we go to the kitchen, have some tea and then we will go to bed together? Is that okay baby?" When Seungmin nodded Minho let go of his hand and directed him towards the kitchen with his hand on his waist. Seungmin seemed so lost, sad and lonely and Minho had no idea how to improve his state.
On their way to the kitchen Minho grabbed a blanket from the couch and when he sat Seungmin behind the kitchen table he wrapped him in it. He gently patted his head and started to make tea for both of them. When he was done he brought both cups to the table and set one infront of Seungmin while telling him to be careful as it is hot. He himself then sat next to the puppy-like-boy and stirred his tea.
,,Hyung?" ,,What is it baby?" He saw as Seungmin swallowed. ,,Do you... think we are... that we are safe? .... Everywhere?" ,,I don't think we are in any more danger than any other member of society. Yes, we are famous, there are plenty of fans and dangerous situations but we have our bodyguards and each other. What made you think about this?" ,,You won't be mad at me?" Seungmin said as he looked at Minho with scared eyes. Minho adjusted the blanket that slipped off Seungmins shoulder and caressed his cheek slowly. ,,I won't be mad puppy." ,,I saw some comments and.... and they were saying they will do some things and.... it... it scared me and and-" ,,Slow down baby, just breath." Minho said as he saw that Seungmin was on the verge of tears and he started to gently rub his arm. Seungmin nodded, took a deep breath and continued. ,,I had a bad dream about it happening and... you and Innie and Lix... I- I didn't see it but you-" he couldn't continue and just looked at Minho with tears in his eyes. ,,It's okay puppy, it will be okay. It must have given you such a big scare, didn't it?" Seungmin nodded. ,,There is no need to be afraid now baby, all of us, me, Innie and Lixie are okay. Now, let's calm down, you should drink some of the tea and then we can go to bed. If it will make you feel better we can even peak to others rooms so you can see they are okay." Seungmin nodded and took a small sip of the tea. With the blanket around him, the tea warming him from inside and Minho's hand on his back he truly did started to calm down.
When they both finished their tea Minho got up and brought both their cups to sink and rinsed it. ,,Did you calm down baby? Is it okay for you to go to bed?" Seungmin nodded and Minho came up to him to help him stand up. ,,Can we go check the others?" Seungmin asked in a quite voice as if he was scared that Minho will laugh at him. ,,Of course we can." They exchanged small smiles. Minho led Seungmin through the dorm towards the rooms of others. He gently knocked at both and when he didn't get an answer he quietly and slowly opened the doors so Seungmin could see that both of his friends are soundly sleeping.
After they closed the door Minho looked at the younger. ,,Ready to go to bed?" Seungmin nodded. ,,Hyung, .... can I sleep with you?"  ,,Like I would let you go to sleep alone." Minho responded to him while starting to guide him towards his room.
He made the younger one slip under the covers and put the blanket, still wrapped around Seungmin onto his chair. He then went towards bed and got under the covers. As soon as he laid on the bed he felt arms around his chest. ,,Hi there puppy." he said to the boy that shyly glanced at him from where he had his head burried in Minho's chest. ,,Hyung?" ,,Hmm?" He responded and started to play with the youngers hair. ,,What if it comes back?" ,,Then you will wake up feeling safe with my hands around you." Seungmin muffled a little whine to his chest for that. Minho just let out a chuckle and hugged him closer. ,,Go to sleep now puppy. I'll be here the whole time." ,, Goodnight hyung." ,,Goodnight puppy" Minho responded and kissed his puppy on the top of his head.
