Niccolo was holding the gun to the guard's head "Put the gun down right now before I kill you." He says so scarily calm that it made me shudder, "B-but sir s-she i-i-is t-tres-trespassing." he said trying to defend himself but failing miserably.

"She's my little sister you little fucker now put down your weapon before I shoot your fucking brain out!" He said getting louder at the end making me flinch.

The guard reluctantly let go but Niccolo didn't "Capo, mi scuso per il disguido se lo avessi saputo," he said in Italian but my brother cut him off "Non mi importa se lo sapevi, sparisci dalla mia vista!" (Boss, I apologize for the mix-up if you knew) (I don't care if you had known, get out of my sight!)

I understood what they were saying but why they were speaking like that was confusing me.

The man ran out of the room and without thinking I hugged my older brother just wanting comfort. After a few seconds, I realized he wasn't returning it so I came to my senses and backed up quickly.

"I'm sorry I wasn't thinking," I said explaining my action "Well next time think," he said and started walking out of the room "And be more fucking careful," he said and I flinched. I didn't know where I was going but I was not going to ask Niccolo, he was mean and aggressive, swore a lot, and overall very scary.

I panicked again but started walking in the direction of where the guard was going to take me considering he said he was taking me to get punished by my guess the owners of the house, and my brothers owned this house.

I walked forever zoning out and thinking about how weird the new Micky Mouse fun house show was when I walked into a moving wall, wait that wasn't right, I looked up and saw that I had run into Marco.

I'm sorry I swear, I wasn't looking where I was going." I said waiting for him to yell or something, "It's fine, I was actually trying to find you piccolo, it's time for lunch and then we need to go to the mall for your school supplies." he said with a large smile,

I couldn't help but project his smile, although mine was smaller. "Okay," I said quietly and followed him through the halls, I really need to learn where everything is.

We arrived in the part of the house that I somewhat knew from this morning and realized I had been wandering for two hours! How is this house so big?

We walked to the dining room and I sat in the same spot as earlier at breakfast. Slowly my brothers filtered in with Alonzo sitting at the head of the table and Bruno sitting next to me. The only person not here was Niccolo,

Did I do something wrong?

Alonzo signaled for the three beautiful ladies to lay out the food, everyone just ignored their presence and I felt kind of disgusted at my brothers for not even saying thank you.

So when the oldest one with full grey hair but lively blue eyes came and put the food down in front of me I couldn't help but slip a quick "Thank you so much, have a wonderful day." and smiled at them.

All the chatter died down and the women looked at me with a happy and calm expression, like how I assume a grandmother would look at their grandchild.

"I wish the same for you Ms.Bianci," She replied thinking the conversation was over but I didn't like the fact that an elder was respecting me without me earning it, "Please just Dalilah is fine," I said leaving no room for her to say anything else.

I was comfortable around this woman, I don't know why but I like the vibe she gives off is the simplest answer, meaning I don't think she will hurt me.

She looked at Alonzo and then back at me "Call me Bianca," she replied to my demand, I like that she also didn't demand respect.

Bianca retreated to the kitchen and just then I realized how quiet it had gotten.

"That was nice of you," Alonzo stated and I smiled at him proud of myself,

No Dalilah they are just trying to make you lose your walls so it will hurt more, Don't listen to them.

My smile disappeared.

"I got your medication and put it in your room." I looked back up at him "Thank you!" I said because this was the nicest thing someone had done for me in a long time.

"Well, you needed them so it was no big deal." He stated but still, I smiled at him with thankfulness.

Chatter filled the room once again while I sat admiring in silence.

I hadn't eaten because if there is one thing I knew is that lunch is never acceptable. Even if offered it does not matter I cannot eat lunch, so when Bruno tried filling me a plate I shook my head.

"No thank you, I already had breakfast." I smiled because I knew this was a trick and I was proud of myself for catching it.

Bruno looked at me skeptically, "DD you need to eat three times a day, you know that right?" I chuckled to myself, "You're so funny!" but when I realized no one else was laughing I sank in my chair. "I'm serious DD," He said looking concerned, a small oh escaped my lips.

"Hey we should get going to the mall soon so Dalilah how about you start getting ready," Marco shouted from the opposite end of the table. I nodded but looked down at myself, I was ready.

"We can get going now seeing as I'm already ready." I said, "Didn't you wear that yesterday, do you not have any other clothes?" I shook my head "The police officer didn't let me grab anything from my house before we left so I only have myself." I explained,

"Alonzo you should get that shipped." Giovanni told my eldest brother, he nodded and my brothers stood "Let's goooooo!" Carlo shouted running down one end of the hall, doing nothing with his dish.

I grabbed mine, "Hey Bruno where would you like me to put these." I asked, finally feeling useful, although he looked at me like a foreign object.

"The maids will get them, you can set them there," he said simply, also standing up, I looked around and everyone's plates were still on the counter. I looked to Alonzo, "Just behind those doors there is a kitchen you can put it in the sink," He replied to my frantic glances around the table.

I walked in and got a few shocked faces from the beautiful ladies and chefs, I refuse to call them maids.

BRUNO'S P.O.V.

What is up with my little sister?

I mean she is not normal,

I didn't expect her to not change but I also didn't expect her to change this much.

There are a few things that are giving me questions about her upbringing, like how when she first saw me she looked terrified or how she didn't know how to use a seatbelt when she went in the car. She also thinks that we miss how she flinches whenever one of us gets too close.

I also can't forget that nightmare she had.

I can't guess what it was but it definitely wasn't scary clowns.

And now the fact that you only eat once a day, something isn't right but I don't want to pressure her into telling me, I'm willing to wait.

She gets oddly stressed when I tell her the maids will get it, thinking it isn't a big deal. When Alonzo told her to put away her own dish I couldn't help the glare that made its way on my big brother.

"Why would you tell her to put away her own dish?" I asked accusingly "She was panicking. On the other hand, gather all your brothers in my office when Dalilah is sleeping to discuss her." I guess that he has also been noticing the odd stuff about our baby sister.

Dalilah came out of the kitchen and smiled at us and I couldn't help smiling back. She is such a ball of sunshine when she comes out of her shell!

When I started missing her some days or when I was little I used to imagine that she was living a happy life away from the mafia, with a happy and wonderful family, having birthday parties with lots of friends and maybe even a dog!

I love her so much and I'm so glad she's back I just hope she stays.
