Its becuse my phone broke the screen was damaged and my parents refused to fix it saying i was clumsy but now they have taken it to go AND FIX BUT ITS TAKING TO LONG FOR THE PERSON FIXING MY PHONE TO BRING IT BACK WHICH IS TOTALLY DRIVING ME CRAZY.
