The sun was blazing high up there as the four buddies met up at the playground, their laughs mixing with the sounds of kids playing around.

Zephyr Sinclair, with mischief twinkling in his eyes, was leading the gang, known far and wide for his love of pranks. Rhys Montgomery was right behind him, always wearing a grin as he plotted his next kitchen conquest. Finnian Callahan, the sports guy, was already up ahead, eager to start a game of baseball with his pals.

Then there was poor Asher Blake, the target of their jokes, his patience wearing thinner by the day.

As the day went on and shadows grew long, Zephyr seized the chance to pull off a prank, setting up a water bucket trap above a door. And of course, Asher walked right into it, getting soaked to the bone.

"What the heck, dude?!" Asher burst out, frustration bubbling up while Zephyr and the others cracked up.

"We totally got you, bro," Zephyr chuckled, his grin widening as Rhys and Finnian joined in the laughter.

But for Asher, it wasn't funny. It just reminded him of all the times they'd made fun of him.

The next day, in math class, Asher finally found some peace solving a tough problem. But that peace didn't last long, thanks to Zephyr tossing a water bottle onto his paper, ruining his work.

"What's your deal, man?!" Asher snapped, his patience wearing thin while Zephyr pretended he didn't do anything, with Rhys and Finnian snickering along.

And so it went, day after day, with Asher getting humiliated by his so-called friends. From beans in his trumpet during music class to a viral video of his embarrassing fall in the hallway, it felt like it would never end.

But it was the last straw that did it, as Asher finally confronted Zephyr, Rhys, and Finnian, furious.

"You guys gotta knock it off! I'm not your damn plaything!" Asher yelled, his anger boiling over as he went after Zephyr, with Rhys and Finnian trying to stop him.

Their fight left the classroom in chaos, with desks knocked over and hurt feelings all around. They all got hauled off to the principal's office to face the music.

And when it was all said and done, and they went their separate ways, Asher was left to pick up the pieces of his pride, swearing he'd never let himself be a punching bag again.
