Ruhana is worried about the bleeding and takes it as a bad symptom. When she tells Vineet about the same, he freaks out in the moment. Of course, they were told that sometimes bleeding is natural, but because Ruhana experiences heavy flow, they considered consulting their family doctor, Anjali. The lady doctor takes Ruhana in her care, wanting to do some tests to access the real condition. Initially, Anjali feared a miscarriage and she didn't want her assumptions to come true. But it seems like that the fate has other chances.

As Anjali stands before Vineet and Ruhana, their hopeful gazes pinching her. She's about to break their heart, which is hurting her as well. An impatient Vineet questions Anjali, bringing her out of her trance. Ruhana too, reaches out to hold her hands asking her to spill the beans that she's been holding. Anjali takes a close look at the couple, before steadying herself.

"Ruhana, Vineet, ab jo main kehne jaa rahi hoon, wo dhyan se sunna, please, I know, it's going to be hard for you, lekin yahi sach hai." Anjali says, her voice shaking at the moment.

"Anjali, kya hua hai? I mean tum pareshan ho, mujhe darr lag raha hai," Ruhana asks, her tone laced with desperation.

"Ruhana, tumhe himmat se kaam lena hoga. Vaise toh bleeding is a common symptom amongs pregnant women, lekin you have heavy bleeding, I fear, that's a symptom of miscarriage," Anjali says, speaking slowly, so that the couple can understand.

"What? Tum kya bol rahi ho? Tumne toh kaha tha na ki it will stop on its own?" Ruhana asks, she's stunned at the moment

"What? Tum kya bol rahi ho? Tumne toh kaha tha na ki it will stop on its own?" Ruhana asks, she's stunned at the moment.

"Haan, Ruhana, lekin you said tumhe 2 din se bleeding hai, itna blood loss is not good. Aisa mostly tab hi hota hai jab miscarriages hote hai, I would need to do further tests." Anjali declares, leaving Vineet and Ruhana stunned.

Ruhaana sinks into a chair, visibly shocked. She had been anticipating the baby's arrival so bad. And now, she's given the news that her baby is no more, she has possibly suffered a miscarriage. However, Anjali asks Vineet to bring her to the hospital again, as they have to do a few procedures to confirm that it's a miscarriage. Vineet, being hardly able to control himself, holds Ruhana by her arms and take her out of the hospital.

The way home is silent, Ruhana didn't speak anything all through the way. Both of them are in a state of shock. Upon reaching home, Ruhana straight away walks into her room. Vineet looks around, but didn't find Viren or Bulbul around. He sighs deeply and walks into his room, knowing, his wife needs him now. However, he calls his manager to postpone all the meetings before he steps into the room.

He keeps his hand on her shoulder, and she hugs him, breaking into tears finally. He couldn't contain his emotions too, resulting into a cry.
