Typical day for someone as ordinary as me, as usual it stayed like this for years. Nothing exciting happens in my life and it makes me sad. Makes me so sad that feeling sad is just something normal to me. Since when I lost them, I lost myself too. Who am i? Who am I really? I don’t even know. How could someone answer it for me when I can’t even answer it myself?

I do have the money. I do have the looks. I do have the brains. I do have everything every girl wanted except… love. Something money can’t buy. So you think I have a lot of money, right? Yes, youre right. But why do I still call myself ordinary? It’s because I don’t classify myself rich. I think… rich means having everything you need. Not just because of having a lot of money.

Welcome to the world where everything is black and white, where there’s no color in life. Welcome to my world. My name is Ashe Collins. I was born in Australia but I was raised in United Kingdom. I’m half Filipino and half British and half Australian. I’m Nineteen years old. I have my own company already. Too young to have her own company, I know that already.

Well, bad for you. Today is not your lucky time. I don’t like talking about my history because it’s already in the past. I don’t want to go back there again. All you need to know is that I lost them. I lost both of them. That’s all.

So where am I now? I looked around me and I saw my office. I saw my employees, the directors. What were we talking about earlier? A photoshoot? For what?

“I told you. I’m not doing any photoshoot for anyone. I want my privacy. I want my life to be private.” I said to them and they all sighed.

“What?” I asked like I was really the boss. I don’t do this very often since I’m the youngest in this building.

“We need to do this. They are looking for the owner of the company or else the people will find a new successor.” A director said and they all just looked at me. That actually made me think.

“A new successor? Are they sure they want to?” I just laughed at the joke they were telling but in the end, I agreed to do the photoshoot. A freaking survey was being held and I was titled the youngest and richest in my country.

I need to buy a new wig and a new pair of contact lenses. Stupid photoshoot. Stupid people demanding for this stupid photoshoot. Now, I cant just go out and be reckless. I can’t go out and just hook up with people. Yes, stupid everything.

My phone started ringing while somebody was talking and I took it without asking permission then answered it. I’m the boss so I can do whatever I want.

“Collins.” I told to the one I’m speaking with.

“I’m in a meeting. I’m busy right now. Call me back.” I hanged up and looked at them again. “Continue.” I said as I motion them to continue where they last left.

We continued with the meeting and ended after an hour later. They all greeted each other goodbyes and all went out of the meeting room. I was the only one left on my seat so I decided to call back the person who called me. I didn’t ask who it was so I checked my phone logs. It was my bestfriend, Kai.

“What do you want?” I said immediately as soon as he answered his phone.

“Hey heartless cat.  Just missed you. Where are you? Wanna go clubbing?”

“Heartless beast. Come with me first. I need to buy a new wig and new contact lenses.”

“Fine. I’ll be there in a minute.”

I just hanged up. Goodbyes are just not for me. I despise it.

I went back to my office and got all the things I needed then went to the lobby to meet up with my bestfriend.
