"..what?"

Cale let out a bewildered expression.

Why did this man seem to know him? Did this reader, who had absolute crap taste of novels read-

Did he actually read that damned book...?

Cale had given a quick glance to the last chapter of that damned book, whose name was very fitting of what he would call himself.

'Trash of the Count’s Family'

Atleast someone understands the kind of trash I am supposed to be.

He was fine with the author naming the book like that but held a grudge against her for writing out his life like a novel.

What a contradiction.

Back to the book, the last chapter was about the events that happened more than two years ago.

It relieved him to see that the readers, who he assumed were quite a lot, didn't know of his previous name, life and other worse details.

[Constellation 'The First Star' is looking at incarnation 'Kim Dokja']

Well, there goes the confirmation.

The commander's eyes were covered in a blue screen, showing the rain of private messages that he was constantly recieving from the few persistent constellations.

[Constellation 'The First Star' says that this guy is a very important key.]

[Constellation 'The First Star' says that his future has many breaks.]

The breaks mean deaths, huh. Bastard died a lot of times...

[Constellation 'Quill of the Void' says that his deaths have led to a lot of tragedies in the other worldlines.]

Cale glanced at the wide-eyed man in front of him, who seemed to be lost in the pages of the novel he loved.

[Constellation 'The First Star' says it is like a broken thread of fate!]

[Constellation 'Eternal Death' adds that the tying of the broken strings is up to you.]

Cale let out a hum of affirmation.

"The thread will remain broken if even one death happens, huh."

Cale grumbled inside,

Of course, this won't be easy! When had an apocalypse ever been easy?

[The star stream wants you to accept a sub-scenario that will be active throughout all the main scenarios.]

"What the hell, no. Why would I-"

[Constellation 'The First Star' agrees with your choice.]

[The star stream says it will only be better for you.]

"Declined."

[The star stream is dejectedly looking away.]

[The star stream says that the offer will be valid until whenever you want to agree!]

"Who are you?"

Cale plainly asked to the stunned man as he signaled his departing family to stop.

The black haired man looked at him one last time with that lost gaze before closing his eyes and calming down almost instantly.

"My name is Kim Dokja,"

His gaze was now distant, awfully similar to what was described in the novel, as if he was looking at a character.
