Hidden Truth

Katha reached her home. She came into her room and turned off her lights. Her mind was filled with unwanted thoughts.
"Did he say massive heart attack? Weight loss? No. No. Katha, you are thinking too much. Maybe I should get some sleep." Saying that Katha tried to sleep.
After sometime her mother knocked on Katha's bedroom and asked her to eat dinner.
After eating the dinner, Katha got freshed up and went to her bedroom. There she tried to focus on something else. So, she opened a book and started to read. After reading for a few times she closed it and tried to put the book in a random drawer of her desk as she was sleepy. But she felt like something was hitting against the book as it was going into the drawer. She took out the book and put her hand in the drawer. Her assumptions were real. There was a thing inside the drawer, a little deeper. She took it out forcefully and found a wallet.
"Oh. It's Baba's wallet. Why is it here?" She smiled and said to herself as opened the old purse. There she saw a picture of her and her father together. It was her sixth birthday. Tears formed in her eyes. Actually the desk used to be in her dad's study. But after his death, she decided to use it as it reminds her of her father. She opened the wallet more and stopped. She took out a packet of tablets, which was inside the wallet. Katha froze at her spot as she remembered what she had forgotten.
" Why it's here!? " she thought as she looked at the packet of tablets in disbelief.
"Why does it look like the drugs!? No. No. This can't happen.... What am I even thinking!? What!? No! Why would baba do something like this!?" Tears filled her eyes as she shook her to clear her thoughts. Katha didn't know what to do. After sitting for few times like a dumbfounded.
"Should I tell maa? No. No. I don't want her to be tensed. What should I do now!? Whom should I tell this!? Taehyung? No. I can't involve him into this. Oh God. Please get my thoughts false" She covered her face in confusion. Suddenly her phone rang. She looked at it and saw it was none other than Jungkook.
She answered the phone and Jungkook spoke, "How are you feeling now? Madam?" Jungkook said in a warm tone.
"Jungkook." Katha said in a cracked voice as she was a verge of crying.
"What happend? Is everything okay!? Katha!? Hey.!" Jungkook said in a worried tone.
"I am not okay. I am confused. I don't know what to do. " Katha said in a low tone as she was crying. But she couldn't cry out loud as she didn't want hee parents to know her situation.
"Sweetie. Please don't cry like this. Tell me. I am to listen. Okay?" Jungkook said in a concerned tone.
"Okay. Okay. But not here. Let's meet at the cafe we met before . Tomorrow? At 5pm? If you don't have any problems." Katha calmed herself down and said everything to him.
"I see. No problem. I will be there. Don't stress yourself." Jungkook said.
At the cafe.
Jungkook was waiting for Katha as he saw Katha came in with another girl.
Katha said, "Jungkook. This is Jenny. My best friend. I actually told her everything as I came to the college."
Jungkook bowed and Jenny bowed at him immediately. She said, " hello. Jungkook-shi. I am Jenny aka the information queen. I am here to help my lover."
Then she looked at Katha and said again, " anything for you my love. "
"I love you too." Katha said while looking at her.
"What am doing? Third Wheeling this couple?" Jungkook said to himself. He cleared his throat to get their attention.
Then Katha spoke again, "okay so. I don't think My Baba took the drugs intentionally. Taking those drugs is like slow poisoning yourself. So..."
Even before she could finish her words Jenny said, "So, you think that it was more like a..... Murder?" Jenny said the last word in a lower tone. Katha nodded as yes as her question.
"What should we do now?" Jungkook asked.
"Let me see. Where is my Magic mirrior. Oh. Found it!" Saying that Jenny took her laptop out from her bag.
She spoke again, " So? Any suspect list? "
"No." Katha said.
"Think carefully and deeply. My babe. " Jenny said.
Katha shook her head as no.
"Hummmm.... I see." Jenny said.
Katha spoke again, "Well. The death certificate said that baba died due to massive heart attack. But there was no mention of drugs."
"Did you see the certificate with your eyes?" Jenny asked.
Katha shook her head as no.
"Then how did you think that's a true?" Jenny raised her eyebrows.
"Tell me the doctor's name who examined your father's dead body. And the doctor's name who prescribed the drugs to your father." Jenny said.
"Ummm... It's Kim Seojin and the second one is our family doctor Kim Namjoon. But I don't where he is now." Katha said.
"But I know." Jenny said as she turned the laptop towards Katha and Jungkook.
" Kim Seojin. Doctor at XYZ hospital. The thing is one year ago he joined the hospital and It's a grand hospital. I see. And shockingly he travelled to Paris at that time. Where did all the money came from? And one more thing. All of this happened after your dad's death. Oh and about Kim Namjoon. Well. He also is a reputated doctor there." Jenny said and leaned back her head and closed her eyes. Katha and Jungkook looked dumbfounded this things.
Jenny spoke again while opening her eyes in excitement , " Seems like something big happened. Are you sure that your father didn't have any ememy? "
