You were laying down on the bed of the guest bedroom as you considered it kinda like your own bedroom since the last time, you slept there
You sighed a little nervously while imagining how Gojo handled the situation

After a little while you heard some noise in the living room, you became immediately alerted as you stopped what you were doing and went in the hallway to go investigate

As you kept walking carefully towards the living room, you were met with Gojo who also was looking for you

He nodded with a small smile before making his way to you, you didn't believe him since a simple nod wasn't a yes from Gojo
Your eyes followed him before he quickly pulled you into a tight hug, one that immobilized you completely as he picked you up and made you rock from side to side
"It's been a while..." he mumbled while keeping his head near yours
You were surprised by how easily he picked you up as you instinctively kept your arms around his neck... you understood that he wasn't very opened emotionally but still...
You never doubted the fact that he would win that day, but the way he was right now clearly showed that it was anything but a victory. You understood that he probably felt like the fact that he had to once again kill his best friend was more of a failure to him
