It was the day the Titanic will set sail for the seas. I was late, A little rascal stole my luggage while I was purchasing the last ticket. I had to chase after the kid and boy did he run fast. After I finally caught up to him and yanked my luggage back, most of the doors on the ship were already closing! Sweat was dripping down my forehead and I still had ways to go to get back to the ship. My feet ached but I sprinted for the ship. I pushed through the crowds until my body eventually gave up and I fell. Before I could hit the ground though I felt cold manly hands grip around my waist, hoisting me up.

"You alright young man?"

Said the man, his raspy strong voice made my heart pound. My eyes went wide and I looked up to the face of the mysterious man. He had dirty blonde hair, mostly covered by his bowler hat. His bright blue eyes pierced my soul. I could feel his muscles tense up slightly when I started to speak.

"Oh yeah I am. Thank you." I smiled and got up out of his arms. He smiled back at me and I couldn't help but notice he had the cutest dimples ever. Then all of sudden, we heard the Titanic's horn and we scurried off onto the ship.

We got through the inspection lines and found out we both share the same room. We both must've decided to stay together since we knew no one else on this giant cruise.

"Phew that was close" The man chuckled and then looked over to me. We were leaning against a wall near the entrance of the ship. Dozens of families passed by us, we ignored them however since they weren't relevant.

"So what's your name" He said, patiently tapping his fingers against his suitcase. "Billy, Billy Loomis." I smiled and nodded at him slightly. "What's yours?"

"Stu Macher" He replied. "So Stu, looks like we're bunk mates huh?" He looked down and checked his ticket. "Room 237?" He asked and I quickly double checked my ticket

RMS TITANIC

WILLIAM "BILLY"  LOOMIS

3RD CLASS

ROOM 237

I looked back up at him and flashed a smile. "Yeah 237" To be honest I'm glad I fell and ran into this Stu guy, now I know at-least one person on this giant hunk of metal. We headed towards our room and unlocked the door. Stu entered first and I quickly followed.

"Oh man. I thought these rooms had bunks." Stu mumbled and I looked to see what he was talking about.

The room had only one bed.

"How are we suppose to share this..?" I gritted my teeth and looked back at him. He took off his bowler hat and tossed it lightly onto the bed. His blonde locks were now completely visible and I quietly admired them.

"I guess we choose what side we want" he shrugged as he set his suitcase in the room. I nodded and dragged my belongings into the room. We spent a couple minutes getting situated and then reverted back to the bed problem.

"So you're not a kicker right?" Stu snickered and ran his hand through his hair. I chuckled and opened my mouth to speak. "I guess you'll find out"

Night came by soon, Stu and I ventured out onto the deck to try to meet new people. We both agreed that we wanted to meet some people. The night sky was gorgeous and the cold breeze that came from the ocean was refreshing as could be. To add to that the stars light up the sky, it was breath taking to say the least.

Many passengers were venturing the boat's deck, which wasn't surprising since like I said the view was astounding. We made our way to the area where most of the lower class passengers stood. "Hey what's your guys names" Stu greeted the crowd. A girl around our age looked back at him, she had dark hair and her bright blue eyes complemented her alluring features.

"Hi! My name is Willy" she smiled. She seems sweet but who names their child Willy, seriously? I couldn't help but slightly snicker and she looked directly at me. "Something funny?" She asked with a hint of irritation. I quickly made up a lie. "Oh no, I just saw some random guy fall." I lied and pointed behind her, she turned back to me with her eyebrow slightly perked up.

"Well um- nice meeting you Willy, see you around" Stu chimed in and swiftly grabbed my upper arm pulling me away from her. She seemed pretty confused. "Wait what's your guys names-"

Stu dragged me through the deck back down the stair and was chuckling slightly. "Man if you want to make friends you can't just laugh at people's names." I shook my head. "I swear I wasn't laughing at her name." Stu scoffed. "Oh please Billy I can see through your lame lies. Both you and me know her name was stupid." I raised my brow. "I thought you said we can't laugh at people's names?" He turned towards me and his bright blue eyes met my dark eyes. His face turned serious for a moment. "There's a difference between thinking someone's name is stupid and pointing out someone's name is stupid in front of them."

He's right, this guy is more smart then I thought.

"Yeah yeah" I rolled my eyes playfully. We continued down the stairs until we made it back to our small room. Stu closed the door behind us and removed his leather jacket. I turned away slightly, giving him some privacy.

"Oh you don't have to turn away, I'm just taking my jacket off."

"Right." I said, and took off my jacket as-well. We threw our jackets onto the floor.

"So what side do you want?" Stu asked as he towered over the mattress. I looked up at him and shrugged. "I really don't mind."

That night Stu slept on the left side while I slept on the right. The bed wasn't that small but wasn't the biggest either. During the night I swear I could feel his arms wrap around me. I can't really remember clearly since I was half asleep however.
