No One's POV

Mikayla never thought that there was someone out there that believed in her and this man that she just met is offering her the help that she needed. Mikayla knew that she had another court date coming up soon but needed evidence and a really really good attorney to help her win her case. Joe told her to leave all that stuff to him because he actually knows a really good attorney for her and Mikayla trusts him. I mean she doesn't really have a choice but to trust him. He has offered her so much help already and she is grateful for it.

The identity of this man was still a mystery to Mikayla as she been in the business world for so long but never heard of the tribal chief before. Joe was clearly rich and richer than her and his house was like four stories long. She was now gonna be living in a castle and she wonder how rich Joe is and what does he do for a living.

"Wiseman" Joe called.

"Yes, my tribal chief." Paul answered quickly.

"Show Ms. Jones around and show her to her bedroom and after she is done settling in, I want to see her in my office room. Understand?" Joe order him.

"Of course my tribal chief." Paul nodded and lead out his hand for Mikayla to follow him.

Paul showed her around as he was told and Mikayla was in awe. Paul explained that there is over 12 rooms and most of them are for guest. He then explained that the tribal chief has his cousins and one of them has a wife that also stays and lives here. Paul furthermore explains that he expects there to be no noise by midnight as it is the time the tribal chief is asleep and he's not a heavy sleeper.

"Any questions Ms. Jones." Paul asked her.

"Just one actually. What is a tribal chief? I'm aware Mr. Anoa'i is rich but what does he do for a living and why you call him tribal chief?" Mikayla finally asked the big question thats been eating her mind up all day.

"Mr, Anoa'i was giving the title tribal chief through his father Sika. As you may not guess but Mr. Anoa'i is Samoan and he has an extraordinary bloodline that is so powerful that nobody can stop. My tribal chief has been on top of the food chain for so long and yet a situation has happen with your........ex husband Carmelo Hayes and it has caused the tribal chief some problems in his business."

"So he bailed me out because he needs me for....."

"The tour has been concluded Ms. Jones. The tribal chief has ordered me to take you to him after I finished giving you the tour of his home. Whatever questions you may have, save it for him please." Paul tells her

Paul takes Mikayla to the Joe's office and knocked on the door before opening it and letting her in.

"My Tribal chief?"

"Come in Ms. Jones. Let us talk business." Joe said and Mikayla walked in further and sat in the chair in front of Joe's office desk. "You can leave us alone now Wiseman. Thank you." Joe says and Paul leaves his office and closes the door behind him.

"I hope you don't mind me looking into your private informations. You been through a lot but had a successful career until..... well you know."

"Joe....you said I can call you right? I do appreciate you helping me with my case to try to stop Carmelo but why would you even bother to help me? There must be a valid reason right?"

"Honestly, Carmelo has been trying to take me down recently. I have lost a few shares in a few weeks from his malicious exploits. Just last weekend he vowed to make empire." Joe explained and then turned his laptop around to show me the press conference of Carmelo.

His words were directly towards Joe's company and how he thinks his campaign will succeed and in being the number 1 company in the world. Hearing him explain his reasons made me wonder was this his plan all along. To use me to create a name for himself, divorce me and to take my company so he can build an empire so great that he will become successful.

That motherfucker played me out and now he's tryna take everything.

"You know Carmelo better than anyone. You have to help me. You owe me that much from saving you years in prison Mikayla." Joe tells me.

"I lost everything in my name. Carmelo took everything. I have literally nothing Joe. Even if I wanted to help you, I'm not nothing now." I explained.

"I wouldn't say you have nothing. You have me and with me, I will build you back up. Once everyone knows you're out of jail and back on in business world, you will be talked about again. Probably even greater before. You're a smart woman. I believe in you."

Hearing Joe saying he believes in me makes me feel like I have hope again. I never thought this day will come for after I spent a week in prison, I was sure I lost everything but Joe is willing to give it back.

Give it all back.

"If you truly believe in me, I'll do whatever it takes to take down Carmelo with you." I made my decision.

Joe smirked and licked his lips and offered out his hand to me. I look down at it and shook it firmly, showing a grin of my own.

"Welcome to the bloodline Ms. Jones." He says.

A/N: Sorry it took me so long to update on this story. I've been on a a whole month hiatus and now I'm back to writing and hopefully I can continue this story since I liked this idea for quite sometime.
