Anastasia Nott

Chapter 3

Daphne led me to a spiral staircase which supposedly led to the girls dormitories.

"Okay...that's find your dorm..." Daphne mumbled more to herself than to me. We walked through the hallway looking for my dorm room. "Anastasia Nott...Anastasia Nott...Ah ha!"
We stood in front of a door which has  a label which read "A. Nott" on it.

"So this is it?" I question her. "Mhm , let's go in" Daphne replied as she pushed the door opened and let me and her in. I walked into my dormitory and looked around. It had a queen size bed , a empty book shelf , a desk , a wardrobe  and door to the bathroom. Beside my bed was my luggages.

"What do you think?" Daphne asked after looking around too. "I think it's quite nice , do all dormitory look the same?" I asked her. "For girls yes but for boys their rooms are slightly bigger because instead of a single like us they have a roommate and as for head boy, for some reason they have a extra room that's a single which is also way larger than regular rooms." I nodded at her answer.

"I better start unpacking, see you at dinner?" Daphne nodded "yeah , I'll introduce the boys properly to you later in the great hall. See ya."

With that , Daphne left my dorm room. I start unpacking and putting my books and accessory into my shelf and my clothes into my wardrobe. It took almost 2 hours for me to finish unpacking and by the time I finished it was almost time for dinner.

I walked out my room and down the hall in the common room to be met a brunette boy which I recognised to be one of the 4 boys from earlier. He noticed me too and walked up to me. "Hey Anastasia right? I'm heading down for dinner , wanna join me?" I nodded and we walked out the common room together.

"So you're Theo's friend right? What's you're name?" I asked him "Lorenzo but call me Enzo , not Lorenzo please , just en-" "okay just Enzo , got it" I smiled at him and he chuckled.

"So you're from Beauxbatons? What made you transfer? You didn't answer earlier" it's not that I was ashamed to tell people I transferred because of a fight , I just didn't want to tell Theo. Enzo on the other hand? He was no problem. "Got in a fight , given a choice to either be expelled or transfer schools , obviously it wasn't a hard choice so I transferred here."

Enzo looked slightly surprised but nodded. Just as he was about to say something Theo jogged up and fell into step with us. Theo walked on my left side while Enzo was on my right. Theo put his arm around my shoulder. "Anastasia, I see that you've met Enzo?" Theo asked "Yea" I muttered.

We walked into the great hall together and sat down with the rest of Theo's friends. Which included the same boy with curly brown hair , the platinum blonde boy , a boy with a buzz cut and the girls that I've already met.

I sat down beside Theo while the others started talking. "So anastasia I see you've already met Enzo?" Pansy asked "yep we talked along the way here" I replied. "Okay so let me introduce the rest to you" pansy says as she gestures to the rest of the boys. "That one with platinum blonde hair is Draco Malfoy" pansy gestures to him. "Him with  the buzz cut is Blaise Zabini and one with curly brown hair is Mattheo Riddle" As Pansy introduced mattheo to her , she wasn't phased by the fact he was the dark lord's son at all nor was she suprise. Theo had already told on the way to the train station that Mattheo was his friend so she wasn't suprise at all. Besides the dark lord was already gone, we're all safe right? "And you've already met lorenzo" Pansy finishes her introduction with the boys.

As we all chatted through out dinner and I learnt Mattheo and blaise were both on the quidditch team along with theo. I already knew theo was on the quidditch before I came here because every single holiday he seem to can't stop talking and bragging about his quidditch wins. I learnt that Mattheo was the seeker and blaise was a chaser.

Through out dinner , I seem to get along quite well with Draco. Not that I didn't get along with the other people , I just seemed to click with Draco.

After dinner the boys went to do their own things while the girls and I gathered in Astoria's dorm.

"I'm surprised draco even acknowledged you , he usually doesn't like talking to new people." Astoria says with a suprised tone. "Really? I guess I'm just special then" I say with a little sarcasm.

"I mean , last year there was a girl who I think liked Draco and she tried to sit with us like we're friends. She kept talking and the whole time Draco ignored her until she got embarrassed and walked away" Daphne said "I honestly feel bad for her" daphne added afterwards.

Pansy shrugs "what can you say, he claims no one is good enough for him" I scoffed "his quite full of himself , ain't he?"

Pansy chuckles "definitely".
