All Of Time And Space

1920's Paris

"Are you ready" asked the doctor excitedly with his hand over Rivers eyes, "more ready than I will ever be" River replied, she could smell a distant scent of coffee and freshly baked pastries. The Doctor slowly moved his hands away from River's eyes to reveal the Eifel tower lit up brightly in the distance. "Oh its beautiful!" River exclaimed, the doctor just grinned and replied "welcome to Paris in the Roaring 20's filled with never-ending parties and beauty" River grinned and grabbed the doctor by the hand "Come on!" 

She ran as fast as she could towards the Eifel tower her hair blowing aimlessly in the wind as she ran. The doctor however attempting to keep up with river tripped over a small rock and landed straight on his face "RIVER" he weased blowing dirt out of his mouth. River turned around and began to laugh historically as she trotted over to him and sat down near to him in the grass. "Looks like your bow tie isn't red anymore is it!" she exclaimed, the doctor looked down at his chest revealing a now dark brown bow tie attached to a grass stained white shirt "Good lord river this is one of my best shirts I got it on the planet of Zolteron you know how expensive their clothing is!" River simply laughed and nodded while the doctor continued to scold her. She starred at the stars and then put her finger to his lips "Shhhh...listen" she whispered. The doctor quieted down and sat back down in the grass "just listen to Paris" the doctor smiled and rested his head on her shoulder, River put her arm around him and they both just sat there and listened to the world pass by. River took out her journal and began to write

March 15th 1920: The Doctor has taken me to Paris and it is absolutely beautiful! For all I know this could be the last time I ever see him before my untimely death, after all we are traveling in separate directions. I will try to hold on to this memory just in case it does happen to be my last.

"River put that thing away and come take in the sights of Paris, after all it is not the 1920's forever" River shut her book and took the doctor by the hand "Alright then what is the plan?" she asked, the doctor smiled at her and said "Come with me and I will show you!"
