"Oh no! My shirt!" I scream upset without even noticing who I was up against.

"Shit" says a male voice. I raise my head and I recognize the person I brutally threw on the floor, none other than Charles Leclerc.

I have to say that he's much nicer in person. I mean, I didn't expect he's so tall, the pilot suit definitely shortens the figure. And, oh my gosh, I never noticed he had all those muscles. 'Okay Elizabeth, pull yourself together. Take off that 14-year-old excited face and be a serious, mature person.'

"I'm sorry, I... I mean, you... NO! I... haven't seen you!" I say embarrassed. 

"Shit, can't you see another person coming? You shouldn't walk with your head in the clouds next time."He responds with an angry and annoyed tone.

I'm pretty shocked. I didn't think he would react like that. I may have been distracted, but no one should be allowed to talk to me like that, not even the most beloved Formula 1 driver ever. Plus the only one who ruined the outfit is me! 

"What have you been through? Did you eat bread and frustration for breakfast? Nothing serious has happened and I don't think going around and arguing with people is very civil." I tell him before I retrieve the papers I left on the break room table and leave.

As I close the door, I hear him whispering, "Fuck you."

If there's one thing I can't stand, it's rude people, especially spoiled ones. Unfortunately, I think I just met the worst one. Obviously, I know who Charles Leclerc is. I also know that if there are people who have the right to be so unpleasant, the pilot is one of those. But I didn't think he was really like that: he is always kind and helpful with his fans. Evidently, I was wrong. I'm not afraid of her influence and fame, I'd rather be fired than treated badly.

But now is not the time to think of an arrogant driver, I have a presentation to study!

It's time for the meeting with managers and drivers."Hi Bianca, here are the documents you asked for. Here is the program of Sainz and here is that of Leclerc."

"Excellent." approves while browsing the files to check that everything is perfect. "If we're all here I'd say we can start" he says to the team. " Before we begin, I'd like to introduce you to Scuderia Ferrari's new manager, Elizabeth Parker. For any doubt, problem or explanation you can ask her."

I get up and smile grateful to be in that magical place for me. The good moment is interrupted when I intercept the face of my favorite driver who looks at me with a mixture of wonder and anger. He didn't think he'd see me again. Maybe he thought I was just a clumsy intern. His expression amuses me and I decide to use this situation to my advantage. I don't let myself be intimidated and I return with a rather smart attitude, just to annoy him. Do you think you are superior to everyone? Well, I'll prove him wrong.

Bianca presents the plan that she has created. It is nothing short of perfect, so both pilots and their personal managers approve of them.

Once they're all gone, Bianca turns to me: "Elizabeth, I want to understand how much I can expect from you and what to expect, so I want you to prepare the presentation of the meeting with the drivers next week. Obviously, yours will not be the final presentation, but if there are some noteworthy steps we could try to add them to the final work. You think you can do this?"

I can't believe my ears! " Sure Bianca. You can count on me. I'll do my best to satisfy you!"

I feel like this is the right place for me.
