Chapter 8: The News

"Ms.Rojas you are 2 months and a week pregnant" when those words came out his mouth i was lost not there it felt like i had died. "Ok, thank you" "No problem, any questions?" "No" "Ok, if you ever have any questions you can call" "Ok, thank you" I said as i walked out the room.

I walked down the hallway just thinking. How could this happen?" I could have sworn we used protection. I pushed the doors open and Aria walked over to me. "Did you get the medicine?" "Can we just go?" "Of course"

We walked to the car in silence and when we got into the car and i broke down. "Omg Alyza whats wrong?" I didnt answer "Whats wrong" I still didnt answer "Whats wrong Alyza, what did the doctor say" "Im pregnant" "Oh my gosh" "2months and a week" "Omg im so sorry" "Just take me home please." The rest of the car ride was silent as i cried. We pulled up at my house. "Thanks" i said "Call me" before she could finish her sentence i closed the door.

As soon as i got in the house i ran to my room. I stayed up half the night crying. Chris and I had a date tomorrow so i could tell him then. It was

2:00am so i decided to go to sleep i had cried my self to sleep.

My alarm went off 6:45am i crawled out if bed and went straight to the bathroom and took a shower. I went back in my room and picked out my Nike jacket some jeans and my black all starts. I put my hair in a messy bun just wore water proof make up, im pretty sure i was gonna cry. It was 7:30 i text Chris

Me-You dont have to come and pick me up Aria is

Chris-ok see you after school.

I text Aria to tell her i was ready. I went down stairs to grab me some water everyone was in the kitchen.

"Good morning, you want some breakfast" Anna said "No, thank you" I walked out the kitchen.

I waited in my room till Aria came. Aria pulled up at 7:50. I walked out the house and got in the car. "Hey" "Hey" i said in a soft tone. "How you holding up" "Fine just thinking" "Its gonna be ok, just pray and i want you to know im here for you no matter what" "Thanks" we pulled up at school. I walked straight to class we were late i live 20mins away from the school and Aria came 5mins late.

Aria and I walked in class. Lexie still hadnt come to school, i cracked a smile because it was funny that she wasnt there. I went threw the day trying to be happy but i couldn't get it off my mind. The last bell rang. I went to White Gates to wait for Chris. Aria had left early her mom needed her and Alex had to take care of 'business' out of town he's already back though.

Chris pulled up 10mins after the bell rang. "What took you so long?" I asked as i got in the car i gave him a peak on the lips then buckled my seat belt. We went to a mexican restaurant . We pulled up at the restaurant we had reservations so we went straight to our table. Our waiter came "Hey im Jim i'll be your waiter for today" "Ok give us 5mins and we'll be ready to order" Chris said "Ok will do" the waiter said as he walked away. 5mins later he came back I ordered a burrito and he ordered a nachos. We ate our food in peace i wasn't in the mood to speak so if anyone spoke it was him. The waiter came and collected our plates.

"Babe whats wrong?" Chris asked "I gotta tell you something" "What is it?" "You know how i said i was feeling sick" "Yea" "I went to the doctor and he said i was 2months and a week pregnant" he started to laugh "Why you telling me it ain't mine" "Yes it is how could you say that you the only person i had sex with in the last 2 months" "Well, Idk how you got pregnant cus i wrapped it up" "FUCK YOU" "You already did and claim you got pregnant so be careful what you say" "How could you say that i would never cheat on you" "Its prolly Alex's baby" "Im fucking done with you for the thousandth time thats my fucking best friend" "Watever thats what all girls say hes my best friend then they fuck him and get pregnant" I was shocked by what he said i slapped him. "Fuck you" SLAP and in return i got one back. "Bitch are you crazy?" SLAP he got up and left. I was sitting there i called Alex. My heart was broken i couldn't believe what had just happened and how could he say that. I should have listened to Alex he was right.
