Chapter 10

Sorry for not updating I'm not even going to lie I haven't felt like writing anything the past few days lol

~A few hours earlier, No ones Pov~

Hyunjin stormed into his room, slamming the door shut behind him as he dove onto his bed pulling the covers over his head.

He tried so hard to be perfect but it didn't seem like it was enough for them. He burried his face in his pillow in an attempt to stifle his sobs as his chest hitched. Was he a burden? Did they not love him anymore? Maybe he should just go, they wouldn't care anyway, He thought.

He didn't notice the presence of another person until he felt a hand on his shoulder causing him to flinch and immediately silence his sobs.

"Jinnie.....?"  Hyunjin slowly peered out from under the blanket to see Seungmin and Jeongin looking at him, eyes full of concern.

The room was silent for a minute before seungmin spoke "Can I sit?" Hyunjin only nodded bringing his knees to his chest. Seungmin took a deep breath before continuing "I'm sorry for yelling at you, I was just mad and I know you didn't mean to leave your stuff out."

Hyunjin didn't respond, only curling in on himself as he let his tears silently fall. The younger two exchanged a worried look before Jeongin stepped closer placing a comforting hand on hyunjins back. "Jinnie can you tell us what's wrong, It's not just about the yelling thing is it?"

Hyunjin shook his head, " am- am I not good enough...?" Both boys' eyes widened visibly at hyunjins words. "Hyunjin what're you talking about of course you're good enough, at dancing,painting and everything you do" seungmin said turning hyunjin to look at him.

"No. That's not what I mean..." Jeongin furrowed his brows about to speak as there was a knock on the door. He went to answer it opening the door slightly revealing Minho. "We're gonna take Lix to get his wrist checked, you three coming?" Minho asked sending Jeongin a questioning look who in return just looked towards the other two who now were cuddled up, Seungmin holding a still crying hyunjin in his arms as he rubbed his back. Seungmin just shook his head and motioned for him to go.

~Back to the others~

Everyone beside seungmin and Hyunjin were cuddled up on the couch watching a random movie. Jeongin wasn't even paying attention to what was happening, all he could think about was what hyunjin said, 'am I not good enough...?' To say he was worried was an understatement. 'What did hyunjin mean by that?' He just hoped that seungmin was talking to him trying to figure everything out.

He couldn't help but overthink the whole situation, his mind going places he didn't want it to. He tried his best to push those thoughts to the back of his mind and focus on the movie but it was impossible, he was too worried.

He startled when he felt a tap on his shoulder and looked over to see Chan and Minho both giving him a concerned look.

"Innie are you alright?" Chan asked quietly as to not alert the others. He hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Jeongin if something's wrong you need to tell us so we can help" Minho said his brows furrowed.

Jeongin sighed and let out a shakey breath. He was about to tell them everything but looked up as he heard the patter of light footsteps coming into the living room.

It was seungmin, he looked concerned? Nervous? Scared? I don't know maybe a mix of all three. He looked directly at Minho, "Hyunjin wants you- No Hyunjin needs you" He said.

Minho gave him a confused look but didn't argue as he got up and made his way to Hyunjins room.

Knocking lightly he received no answer so he just went in. "Hyunjin?" He said as he looked towards the bed. The sight broke his heart, Hyunjin was curled in a ball his knees pulled up too his chest as silent tears rolled down his now puffy cheeks, his eyes red and irritated from crying.

"Minho..." He choked out as a loud sob escaped his throat. The older rushed over pulling Hyunjin into his embrace as he rubbed his back in a soothing manner, "Jinnie, can you tell Hyung what's wrong?"

"I'm sor- sorry" He said in between hiccups. "What're you sorry for love, you didn't do anything wrong?" Minho said, cupping hyunjins cheek. "Im sorry for- for what I did to make you guys not love me anymore..." As he said this minhos eyes widened, he turned his head to meet his gaze. He looked into his eyes seeing nothing but pain and sadness.

"Hyunjin what are you talking about, Of course we love you what's making you think we don't hm?" "E-every time I say something or- or do something it seems like you guys get mad or annoyed..." Minho stared at him in shock 'How could he not notice that, what he thought were harmless jokes, were affecting his boyfriend, who he loved more than anything, that deeply'

"Love look at me please" Hyunjin slowly met his gaze seeing his eyes full of love and concern, "Jinnie I'm sorry I should have noticed how you were feeling, and I promise you that we all love you very much, more than anything" He said reached out to wipe the youngers tears. "Really..?" He asked quietly his voice cracking making Minho wince in sympathy.

"Of course we love you, I know we joke sometimes but I promise you that we don't mean any of the jokes we say about you or anyone else for that matter, well maybe except for the jokes about Chan being old" Hyunjin smiled laughing slightly, rubbing his eyes. "There's that beautiful smile" Minho said smiling aswell. "Do you want me to go talk to the others about everything?" He asked and hyunjin shook his head, "Don't leave me" He said hugging the other tightly, who chuckled grabbing his phone.

"I'm assuming seungmin knows what's going on?" He asked and Hyunjin nodded. "Do you want him to tell them or do you want to wait. "He can do it...but I don't want them to come in here right now" He turned his head so it was resting against the olders chest as his eyes struggled to stay open. "Alright love you just rest I'll tell them to stay out there until your ready" he said as he texted seungmin. Hyunjin didn't respond already falling asleep. Soon the only sound in the room was Hyunjins soft snores and the cool breeze flowing in from the window.
