It was true that; Most humans possessed an uncanny ability of being optimistic in hopeless situations. Creds 'any second now' turned into a rather lengthy 5 minutes.

Normally his math was always nearly perfect- and it wouldn't have mattered. However In this instance; with the brutal creatures of this planet; the less time spent around them was the optimum. Something Cred wholeheartedly agreed with.

As the eventual distance closed-One by one; Mia- who could be in android form in multiple places; began to use the transporters in quick fashion and beamed the stranded crew aboard. Ironically for Mia; this included bits and pieces of her former-android form. Along with her new memories.

With in the first horrendous minute of contact with the Creatures that populated the planet below; Mia's Android body was immediately damaged. Using herself as bait she engaged the creatures in hand to hand combat.

Running from the shelter, without fear- she ran through the doors and over the creatures. A flash of Swarming masses of white fur and black claws was all they could see from their vantage points. This is where they lost sight of her.

Leviathan was injured shortly thereafter at 2:45. His left calf muscle had been Impaled by shrapnel of a claw. The creatures had amassed to great numbers - far more than could fit through the door at a time. Motivated by perhaps hunger; it would only take a minute to figure out who was going first. It became apparent; they would have to open fire on the creatures to repel them.

These creatures operated perhaps on a hive mentality. No individually existed in these creatures.

Cred and Zephyr made the last stand in what was left of the now crumbling bunker. They stood back to back channeling atomic energy into the advancing horde. All the while a strange blue hue began to encompass the three. Albeit faint; the glow persisted.

The air around them rippled with energy that prevented close combat strikes. As they channeled energy, the building became unstable. Atomic disintegration rippled out like waves or tentacles. Gripping one solid item and moving on to the next.

When asked about it later; all three reported 'The building crumbling' was one of the last things they saw. Leviathan was last seen huddled at their feet firing whatever weapon he could summon. In a rare occurrence his armour was failing to engage and heal him.

He from within his armour tried to sort it out. As the transporter engaged; he could see someone had turned off several features.

Now aboard- the fourth and final member materialized on the transporter pad; Mia now took the other three to the waiting crewmen in the medical bay.

In the time The Terminus had been it service; it behaved Much like any other Nevick vessel. Their vow to the emperor was all that mattered. It was well understood that 'Any who swore allegiance to the empire could serve on his vessels.'

In doing so- Nirashti special forces and Laquin Science officers were now in service on the Terminus. With the senior officers injured- everyone was interested in their recovery. The hallways once peppered with activity now seemed to be lined with incredibly talented individuals.

Many mixed races were now 'in the thick of it with them.' Many who chose this life knew the risks. As far as ships went. Both Terminus, and The Enigma were extremely dangerous positions. The calibre of the individual was becoming more and more first and foremost.

They continued to take them towards the medical facilities. Fortunately for them; these facilities were far more advanced.

Leviathan was in the most critical condition; full shut down and restore functions was required. This would only take ten to fifteen minutes. True deep sleep was so rare for Leviathan; he chose to sleep until needed for next mission- however soon that might be. His pod; now active, retracted into the wall.
