2 Hours Later

The sound of rain hitting the window makes me feel tranquil, and then Footsteps...

I flutter my eyes open as I adjust my vision, I try to move but find out I'm tied up.

Footsteps and talking are heard, The footsteps get closer, and then open the door.. Valerie entered the room and smiled.. holding her SMG in her hand

"So... you're awake, good. I want to have a word with you..." she said in a slow growl.

I look up at her. "What do you want?" I said coldly

"Well, you stole my medallion from my room, So I want to know what is it for??"

"To bring you and The Society down, of course." I responded.

"So you are working with the Underground? They sent you out, didn't they?"

I keep quiet.

She scoffs. "I know you are working for the Underground, you can't hide it.. We have evidence on you.."

"Oh really?" I said sarcastically.

"Yes, we have evidence, now I have some questions for you about the Underground.."

"Well, you're out of luck, Valeria. I ain't saying a word." I responded, smuggling.

"I bet I can make you say some words. What if I kill you right now..." she threatened.

"Oh no, I'm so scared." I said sarcastically.

"You think I am joking?" She aims her SMG at me. "No, I'm going to ask you again. What are your plans with The Underground?"

"To stop you and The Society." I groaned as I tried to move.

"Stop moving. You know, The Underground can't stop us, right?... The Society will conquer the entire map... and The Underground isn't even a big problem for us. We have enough power to destroy them all... The Society will not fall.. and the Underground can't stop that.." she said coldly

"I mean, look at Midas, hes... gone." I responded

"It's been 3 chapters, of course he is.." she groaned as she rolled her eyes.

"Fair enough."

"Tell me... why are you working for the Underground? Do you honestly think they can take down The Society ?" questioned Valeria

"I work for personal gain." I responded

"Personal gain... what do you mean? The Underground doesn't pay you? is that what I'm hearing?"

"That's irrelevant,"

"No, that is definitely not irrelevant. Why work for the Underground if you're not getting paid..." she said, sounding a bit concerned.

"Why do you care!?" I exclaimed.

"Alright, fine." sighed Valeria before looking back at me with her cold gaze.

"Let me ask you again.. what is your goal in The Underground." said said as she puts the barrel of her SMG on my forehead.

I sigh before telling her my response. "To show Hope that her sister is completely a lost cause." I said, giving her a smugish smile. That sets her off.

She frowns as she grinds her teeth in rage. "Hope is the lost cause, not me!"

I laughed. "Says the girl who's trying to open Pandoras Box and who doesn't care about The Society, only using them for money to fund her personal project." I smirked

"Why you little -" she said angrily as she was about to pull the trigger before I set myself free and tackling her, crashing to the ground, shooting half her round into the ceiling, bullets dropping. I take her SMG out of her hands and throw it on the other side of the room.

We brawl on the floor for a while until the marching of oncoming gaurds echoes through the cart. I struggle to get off her as she holds onto my clothes with all her strength, her eyes red with anger as I see her hair start to flair up.

"Oh shi-" I quickly kick her off as I break a window and climb up on top of the train as the cart below me starts to shake as a firey explosion busts out below.

I managed to keep my balance as I spotted a faint fiery hand grabbed the ledge. I quickly back away from the edge as I see Valeria pull herself up, her hair now fire like, and now wearing a black fur robe and black flaired dress pants with her iconic red bottoms. She stands there, looking down before looking up at me, her buring red eyes meeting my e/c eyes. She seemed to have grabbed ahold of her SMG before making her way up, as she drew it out and didn't hesitate to start shooting at me. I quickly draw a ballistic sheild I so happened to have in my inventory to block her shots, but the sheild can't absorb all of this damage ever since it's huge nerf and stuns me.

Valeria groans as she needs to reload after spraying her whole mag at my sheild, getting some decent shots on me, though. At this point, we've made it to the overpass near Lavish Lair. This overpass is the most dangerous due to its massive height. I looked over the ledge to see that we were nearing the river under it, then back at Valeria, who seemed to have just finished reloading, the cold, chilling wind blowing behind us. I look over the ledge and then back at her before walking off the edge as I stare coldly at Valeria as I mouth the words, "untill next time."

As I fall down the high over pass I to the river blow. I notice that the river is actually quite shallow. my life starts to flash before my eyes as I crash into the river, breaking an arm and a few ribs in the process. I try to swim up to get one last breath of air before passing out.
