From a safe distance, Misoo watched with furrowed eyebrows as the unsettling scene unfolded before her eyes. A man, his face obscured by the shadows, carried Seolya's limp form towards a waiting white van. As he approached, another figure emerged from the depths of the van, swinging open the doors to reveal an abyss of pitch-black darkness lurking within.

With a sense of apprehension, Misoo strained to catch snippets of the conversation that ensued between the two men, their words drifting on the midday air like ghostly whispers. She watched intently as the man carrying Seolya's body disappeared into the van, his movements deliberate and controlled. Yet, despite her keen observation, the distance prevented her from discerning the finer details of their actions.

Was there a stretcher awaiting Seolya's unconscious form inside the van? Or maybe a bench upon which she would be laid? As the moments passed, it became apparent that the men were nearing the completion of their task. With a decisive slam, the doors of the van were sealed shut, trapping whatever secrets lay within its confines.

As the two men made their way to the front of the van and settled into their seats, the vehicle roared to life with a mechanical hum, its engine rumbling in anticipation of the journey ahead. With a sense of foreboding, Misoo watched as the van idled patiently, awaiting the signal to depart.

Misoo was overwhelmed with a flurry of questions that she needed answers to right away. Without wasting any time, she set out on a mission to find Kwon, the only person she felt could give her the answers she needed. She searched every nook and cranny, tirelessly scouring the area for what felt like an eternity. Finally, she caught a glimpse of Kwon's figure, hunchbacked over his phone, completely oblivious to his surroundings. Misoo quickly made her way over to him, her heart racing with anticipation. She tugged on Kwon's jacket, and as he turned to look at her, his eyes rolled with annoyance before settling on her.

"What?" he asked with an annoyed tone.

"I saw some man carry Seol- Siena into a large white van. What's wrong with her?"

"Her condition got worse so they're checking her out at the hospital. She'll be fine and come back later."

"How much later? We have a duet scheduled next week," reminded Misoo.

"She won't be able to make it so it's just a solo. It'll take a few weeks. The project is none of your business. Now run along, you had some work from school last time I checked."

The supposed few weeks of absence turned into an unexpected and lengthy disappearance that alarmed Misoo. She tried to get in touch with Kwon, but he took up the new hobby of avoiding her like she was a deadly plague. Misoo spent every day in their shared room at the Supreme Club, surrounded by the trinkets they had collected over time and the memories they had shared. The room felt dull and lifeless without Seolya's presence. Misoo reminisced about their happy times together, and the emptiness of the room only reminded her of Seolya's absence. She wondered where Seolya was. Misoo spent hours thinking about her friend, hoping she was safe and sound.

During a quiet and solemn afternoon, Misoo decided to take a walk by herself around the centre. As she strolled around, she caught sight of Joon, a man who was known for his serious and moody demeanour, engaged in a lively conversation with someone. To her surprise, Joon was laughing quite heartily with his companion.

Misoo felt a sudden urge to approach Joon and say something, in regards to Seolya's disappearance. Summoning all her courage, she briskly took a few steps towards him, her heart pounding in her chest. She cleared her throat to get his attention, hoping he would notice her and acknowledge her presence.
